The hotel was ideally situated to the old town sites and the shopping. The beach was a nice 15 min walk. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and efficient. The jewel in the crown was the beautiful roof top sun terrace, lovely to relax with your book in the evening sunshine after a busy day taking in the sites. |

The superior double was excellent, in fact far better than a 5 star we stayed in later in the holiday. |

Its location and convenience to the old town. No atmosphere for staying in the hotel for a drink. I have stayed there before and feel obliged to go out for a drink. |

The hotel is very close to the city center. Our room had big bathroom (I think bigger than the entire room). The staff of the hotel was able to solve urgently all problems (my safety case was blocked and they solved the problem in a few minutes in the middle of the night) and they could give any kind of travel informations. The smell in the hall of the 3rd level |

Excellent location and the roof terrace/ plunge pool is a huge bonus in a city hotel - its good to have somewhere to be able to sunbathe/ sit outside - rare in city hotels. Staff are very good and welcoming, especially housekeeping. This is my second stay and I would choose again. Breakfast seems quite expensive at €12, but this seems to be the trend these days... plenty of local bars offering breakfasts for €2 - 3. |

The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and adequate. The dinner menus could be more extensive ,particularly as the hotel has a four star rating, and there should be more attention paid to the staffing of the bar. |

Free mini bar (2 bottles of soft drink and 2 bottles of water) but not refill in the second night. The reception staff is helpful. As my friend suddenly had a bleeding from her nose when we expected to leave the hotel, we then asked the receptionist for help by giving her some ice. She has no refusal and gave us warm feeling. The hotel is near the bridge and the location is ok for just walking to the old town for only 10 minutes but, if you go to the bus station, you have to walk around 15-20 mins (be'cos no direct bus from the bus station to the hotel). 1. As we want to notify the hotel that we will have to late check-in, however, no direct contact email as found in their official website. We therefore sent email to booking.com and their customer services contact email. When we arrived and asked their staff whether they have received my email messages, they said "no" but said that our reservation is still in valid. 2. When we wanted to check the way of how to go to the hotel from the bus station, however, there is no indication on how to locate the hotel neither from the bus station or airport. At last, we finally found the hotel by spending 1 hour. |

The decor was modern and tasteful. Location is not far from the core of the city and shopping district. Although there is a large sundeck, the pool was mini sized. The picture on the overview makes it appear much larger. Too small for any swimming. |

The rooms were very spacious, and thus comfortable, especially the bathroom. The hotel is quite near the centre, you only have to walk for a couple of minutes and you're there. |
