We waited for shuttle bus 45 minutes, although it is 3 minutes drive from the hotel, and the person at the reception told us to get out of airport building in "less than 20 minutes". So, we were waiting 25 minutes more than we were supposed to, in cold and rain. |

The staff were all welcoming and friendly, food excellent, room comfy, clean and quiet. Information about where to get the shuttle bus was not clear, we couldn't find it at the airport and had to get a local bus which didn't stop near the hotel! |

Excellent facility and staff. Clean, quiet, attractive and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a night close to the airport prior to an early morning flight. Unfortunate that the airport shuttle doesn't start until 6:00 AM. |

the staff were pleasant and helpful going out of their way to assist us. the courtesy bus finished too early 10 am.the location was awful there was nothing around for miles-especially since other guests had told us food was inedible |

Front desk saff (Hanna) was very professional, corteous and helpful. Dinner was excellent Breafst was said to be open at 0600 but cook was not there to make omellets, etc. Breafst overallwas very poor. I owever would recommend it if breakfst was taken care of properly |

The staff at checkin were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't realise the shuttle bus only ran at certain times and waited quite a while in the airport trying to find it. More information could have been given. |

Was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and the food was good. Yes, the bedding and pillows was uncomfortable. Hard pillows and only a very thick duvet with no sheets. Also the airconditioning was not working properly therefore the room was hot and uncomfortable. |

Modern décor, pleasant surroundings. Restaurant with good menu, excellent food. Convenient location 10 minutes car ride to/ from airport Difficult access, quite complicated to find if driving by car.Airport shuttle available only at certain times of the day. With early international flights, shuttle should be made available by reservation. Taxi from hotel to airport expensive = 15 euros. |

Pre Paid the room via work by fax on the day, and called to make sure the fax had got there and the room had been paid for, and was told yes. However on check out I was told I had to pay for the room. |

I stayed in Novotel only for a night but it is enough to say that the hotel was above all expectations! I was expecting a 2-star hotel with shared bathroom but the hotel actually has 4 stars, the bathroom is not shared and it is very clean and equipped with everything you need! We wanted the airport shuttle to take us to the airport but at time we had to be at the airport it wasn't driving so we had to take the bus and it's not easy to reach the bus station with all the luggage because it is not so close to the hotel! Otherwise, the location is really good if you need to be close to the airport! |

We chose the hotel as it was near to the airport as we were meeting family the next day at the airport, to travel on to Calahonda. My son and I had a very pleasant trip. However, the shuttle bus to/from the airport should be extended rather than being restricted to certain hours. Otherwise lovely hotel, lovely staff and lovely food. I would rate this hotel 8 out of 10. |

The food in the restaurant was very good. I was impressed that one chef in the kitchen could produce such good food. Staff very friendly. Could have done with some more advanced information on how to pick up the hotel bus from the airport. We ended up taking the local bus. |
