Check in took 10 mins as group before us and lone receptionist. A photocopy passport left in full view on counter, showing personal data when receptionist absent. Building's heart ripped out, for garish, claustrophobic, badly lit, poorly 'designed' interior. Bad lighting: I walked down 2 long corridors in total blackness. Little public space. Room cell like with touches of orange. Difficult to enter as door hung wrong way round. Bed less than 2m from corridor. Flashing lights on bath! through glass door made sleep impossible. Bath so tall only 6' person could easily step into shower. Wooden bed unbelievably noisy even if just sat on, so no sleep. Security concerns - desk girl the only staff all night. This is no 4*. |

Efficient and helpful staff at the check in counter. Excellent internet system. Simply connect the ADSL cable to your laptop and you can work, without any further steps. Old building with redesigned modern rooms. Good taste. Excellent breakfast with complete choice. |

Location was perfect. Right on Larios street. Walking distance to most everything. This is a remodeled hotel and they chose the high-tech look. However, they sacrificed comfort for looks. Rooms are small, furniture is minimized, no place to put anything in bathroom. Carpet on hallways very dirty. |

use of internet and laptop, great breakfast, location: right in the centre and in quiet street, funky interior We were allocated a non-smoking room that had a terrible smoker's smell. Were then given another room, which was less smelly, but still had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. We decided not to make a fuss, but wish we had because it was almost unbearable. when we mentioned this to the staff, there was no apology, nor did it seem to be taken very seriously. Although the hotel had many great points I wouldn't risk booking a room here again, just for the smell. Sorry. |

The location was unbeatable, so close to shops and wonderful restaurants! My teens loved the laptop in room with free internet access. Decor of room and bath were very modern and tasteful. |

The location was ideal for sightseeing, shopping, and eating out in the evenings. I holiday at least once a year on Costa del Sol but have never spent time in Malage before.............I will be spending time there in future. My friend and I smoke, so we missed having a coffee and cigarette in the room |

Fantastic. We had a pc in room with free web access. Great modern design rooms. The best position in city center and you can also walk to the beach. No need to have a car! |

Everything was fine.Very nice hotel in the center of the city!:o) Big problem with parking. It is possible to have a car in public parking for 24 euro/day,but it was always full in the evening. We had to wait at least 50 minutes to get our car there.Everything else was ok!! |

The location of the hotel in the heart of Malaga old town could not have been better. The provision of a laptop and free internet access in the room was excellent. Clean, good air-conditioning and tidy throughout. Breakfast was disappointing. 2 out of 3 days the coffee was either cold or had run out and the hot food was not the best. |

The centrality of the venue and the friendliness of the staff were the best points. The design and decor were quite funky. The spa bath did not work nor did the wi fi. The toiletries were not replaced in sufficient quantity. |

Brilliant location, right in the centre of town. The bathroom door doesn't close flush to the wall so there is about a 2cm gap (not ideal for privacy). It would also be better if there was a folding door, or similar, between the double bed and the bunks in the 4 person room - rather than just a curtain. |

Excellent location for old town, providing you don't have a car as you won't be able to park it less than half a mile away if you're lucky. Very helpfull and pleasant staff. Can't say we were keen on the bathroom door, which does not provide a great deal of privacy. Air conditioning controls were difficult to understand and tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated, but they're all minor points. |

Excellent location, helpful staff, clean room, internet in room was fantastic No coffee or tea making facilities in room, I love my coffee in the morning before starting the day and felt obliged to avail of the 10 euro (weekend) or 7 euro (weekday) buffet breakfast at the hotel to get my coffee before getting ready to go out for the day |

Location is excellent, facilities great and all furniture/equipment is new. Laptop and free Internet access in the room is also an advantage. Toilet seat was extremely dirty and was not cleaned even after I notified reception twice. |
