Excellent view from room looking out at Beach and Sea. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Very noisy at night - largely because of a large group of youths there for a football tournament who showed no consideration for other hotel users especially during the night. Their presence spoiled what would otherwise have been an enjoyable stay. |

The room looked nice and seemed to be really clean, the location is between mass tourism facilities, but the hotel offers a great place. I liked it. Staff was nice. I got a large place (two rooms) for four persons even though I booked for myself only. If the sound was ok this hotel would have get 8 out of 10 from me, considering the low price. However, it is outdated interior and a shelf in the bathroom was not secured and got from the wall breaking some glasses. Unfortunately this hotel becomes a no go because it is possible to hear literally everything from next door's room. Apparently some sanitary was adjusted to the other side of my room's wall and instead any isolation, it was like a soundboard. Even sounds of single water drops, water flowing through the pipes and the sound of a towel being pulled from a rack were loud. Other sounds making me jump straight to the ceiling as a wake-up call. I read commentary about the sound isolation before, but was 'forced' to book in this hotel because of a congress. For now I would really say that you go somewhere else. If you want to sleep early you will not sleep because of sounds and if you want to sleep until late you will wake-up prematurely! |

Staff is very polite and friendly, always ready to help. The hotel is near the sea. Frequent changes of the towels and linen. Habitation value. Too small swimming pool (just for children) and area, breakfast is very poor. No sound proofing at all, you hear every sound from the other rooms and corridor. |

this staff in the bar in name is xavi he has all the social skill and good communication loved by customers .personally I will recommed him for promotion in the bar please. claudia, gloria, pat.flexis & is sole patner are the best. also house keeping team leader bless her and esther room cleaner. also i will recommend anna in the restaurant she is a good staff for business. I will very much appreciate it if all this is all but in to account. thank you for your anticipated co-operation. send my honble greetings to the former owner of serh Maripins thanks mr ola Alaka. some staff in the bar make you feel you do not deserved to be there. |

Hotel is ideally situated opposite the beach and central to most attractions. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers plenty of choice I was unfortunate to have rather noisy neighbours but can't blame hotel for that. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since checkout was at 10 AM but we didn't have to leave until 5 so the ability to store luggage and shower was nice. The lobby area was nice and the location was great. Entertainment was okay. Kind of cruise ship level. The room's were very mediocre for the money. The blankets provided in the room had some bugs in them and both my son and I came away with bug bites that were very painful. Door lock wasn't working correctly and we were told it would be fixed but it was not while we were there. It was difficult to open and we were concerned that if there was a fire that getting out of the room would be difficult. Had to put a deposit down for the remote and the breakfast provided was really poor by american standards. Overall room was disappointing and not up to our standard but location and staff were great. |

Hotel’s staff is very friendly, location is good (ten minutes to the rail station and approximately 3 minutes to the beach), and food is OK. Thin walls… all depend of your expectations… high expectations definitely you’ll be disappointed... |

The hotel was spotless right on the beach close to the station.The bus stop was outside.Pool and bar area also spotless.The children enjoyed the pool games.I hope to return there agin next year |

I loved the people. I loved the pool. I loved the food and the service, plus the location. I felt great! My husband had a bit of a truble with the English teens jumping in the pool at night. |

Le prix ! 30 euros. Je faisais une étape vers mon lieu de vacances principal et ne me suis arrêtée qu'une nuit. Le petit déjeuner : plus qu'abondant mais des produits de très basse qualité. Les viennoiseries sont de l'industriel très bas de gamme, les "jus de fruits" sont des boissons sucrées à l'arôme artificiel de fruits, le "jambon" est un conglomérat de déchets avec de la gélatine et des polyphosphates... Pouah. J'aurais bien payé 5 euros de plus, ou supporté qu'il y ait un peu moins de 30 produits différents de viennoiserie industrielle, pour avoir ne serait-ce qu'un jus d'orange ou de pomme à base de concentré, mais buvable. A l'arrivée, malgré la profusion de produits, mon petit déjeuner s'est composé d'une tasse de thé et de pain grillé... |

L'accueil est irréprochable et l'hotel dans son ensemble est calme. La proximité de la plage est également appréciable. Il manquait un réfrigérateur dans la chambre et le bidet est très incommode dans la salle de bains. |

Zeer dicht gelegen bij een mooi strand , en uitstekende Trein verbinding voor uitstapjes naar Barcelona.Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie.Eten wat eenvoudig , maar met dagelijkse variatie en goede kwaliteit. Hotel is verouderd, en kamers hebben dringend een renovatie nodig, vooral de badkamer. Isolatie is in dit Hotel zogoed als onbestaand,zeer veel geluid vanuit de gangen en kamers.Geen controle of bewaking aan zwembad, zodat alle ligbedjes om 07.00u s´morgens gereserveerd zijn met handdoeken. |

Очень вежливый и приятный персонал. Номер убирают каждый день. Расположение отеля близко к морю, а также близко к старому городу. Скудный выбор еды, неуютный номер (в ванне некуда повесить полотенце, полочка очень маленькая), нериятный запах в ванне после уборки. Также нельзя приглашать гостей в номер, даже днем. |
