Although predominately Spanish the staff were extremely pleasant; we had a room with a beautiful view of the Menor Sea. The Hotel was extremely clean. The only problem was that we did not understand the Menu in the Restaurant and therefore did not eat there. This is our fault as we are typical English and do not speak Spanish. |

beautifull view from the mar menor side We initially were given a room with no view (even thogh we asked for one) and to make things worse the room had a connecting door with another !! We had to complain about it to get a good room. |

nice rooms and bathrooms only reason we booked this hotel was to use inside pool and leisure facilities. when we checked in we was told that every thing is closed. |

1. The table and chairs on the balcony were dirty and full of dust. We had to call the reception and ask them to clean it. 2. The bathtub - the anti-slippery surface finish was on the side where you do not enter the tub, i.e. it was useless. The anti-slippery finish was missing on the side where you enter the tub. 3. No rack above the tub to put your shower gel and shampoo bottles. |

there wasnt anything that I liked about the hotel. I will say though , it was very clean throughout ( despite the funny smell ) the staff were miserable and unhelpful.there were not welcoming and no smiles throughout. the corridors smell appaling, and we noticed a room service trolly on our coridor that was there for 12 hours ! we arrived ar 10.30pm and really struggled to get them to offer us any food, even though room service is advertised.it was just poor all round really. mostly becuase of the staff attitude. |

Su situación entre los dos mares El buffet de medio día bastante deficiente, y más teniendo en cuenta el precio: 25 €. Comimos el primer día y ya no repetimos. Entramos a las 14,45 y ya había bandejas vacías que no repusieron. Lo segundo es que las habitaciones de la octava planta (última) son demasiado calurosas. |

El parking es muy cómodo, accedes a la habitación directamente.El día de la salida dejamos las maletas en recepción y por la tarde muy amablemente nos ofrecieron el vestuario del spa. El buffet del desayuno podría ser mejor y con más variación.Por lo demás todo muy bien. |
