Bon accueil dans une rue assez calme du centre historique. Appartement coquet même si pas très grand. Le bord de mer est à 5 min et plein de restaurants autour de l'hôtel-appart. Odeur tenace d'humidité mais c'est ok en laissant toutes les fenêtres ouvertes. Pas de possibilité de passer la tête par la fen^tre à cause des grilles (pas de balcon, dommage). |

Restaurants,bars, beach. Nice place to enjoy the coast very good for promenading. All facilities close by and inexpensive. |

It was very friendly and Doris recommended lovely restaurants, the market and a local taxi firm,etc and the location of the apartments were great ! |

Doris was very nice and helpful, she gave us a map and showed us where we could buy food, whereto find the good restaurants etc.The Hotel is right in the city center in walking distance of the beach, the shopping area and public transports. The studio was clean and had a kitchenette, with fridge, and airco aswell as tv and free internet. Which was our main reason as internet is expensive in Spanish Hotels. We really loved to be in the city center. The double bed was a bit tight |

Lovely apartment in the centre of the old part of Marbella. Wonderful welcome from owners, Dori and Jose. Very attentive throughout our stay. Loved having our own very sunny terrace. Lots of great traditional Spanish restaurants and interesting little shops near by. Whitewashed villas and beautiful flowers everywhere. Definitely recommond the apartment, and the old part of Marbella. |

Hotel très bien situé...Les proprietaires sont très gentils et repondent avec plaisir aux questions. Le studio était acceptable quant à sa dimension. Salle de bain correcte mais sans séchoir à cheveux. Le lit double était trop petit. Le matelas ne convient plus: nous avions mal au dos au lever. |

Very pretty quaint hotel in centre of Old Town, one minutes walk from the restaurants, bars and shops of Marbella. Lovely couple who own it were charming and very helpful. Would definitely go back. |

We stayed at 5 hotels in Spain and this was our favorite. It's a Small family owned apartment / hotel and they were very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a great view of the old part of town and we loved it. |

Doris and Jose were extremely welcoming.They provided lots of local information.The room was delightful.Bright and cool with ceramic tiles on the floor and two balconies .Very clean.Central to beautiful old town Marbella and the beach.The room has a small kitchen which is fine for vacation.Doris speaks English well and put up with my poor Spanish.Jose is a gentleman.I would recommend this hotel highly.Susan |

I loved the fact it was in the middle of the historical old town with cobbled streets and white buildings. A spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace and welcoming Dorris and Jose made our stay a pleasure. The fact that we didnt have a double bed but two singles pushed together; the only thing that couldnt be changed as we had the terrace room. |

Great location in old city and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Very cute traditional Spanish decor and very spacious for the money. We enjoyed having our own little kitchen to cook in, which saved us more money and helped accomodate our diet. The people who own the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Free Wi-fi was a big bonus. There is always something that could be added, like having at least one English channel (such as cnn) on the television, having a phone in the room. But there wasn't anything that I actually disliked about it. |

The Hotel Apartamentos de Aduares is a charming hotel set right in the heart of Marbella town, 2 minutes from Orange Square. The location was perfect - in the centre of the pretty old town but only five minutes from the beach and the busy seafront, with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The owners were very friendly and helped us with all our queries, providing us with a gorgeous apartment and making sure that we got the best service available. On top of everything else the apartment was great value and I'd recommend it to anyone going to Marbella for whatever reason. We would definitely return! |

The owners were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in the centre of the old town with lots of bars, good places to eat and good shopping. Also very close the the beach. Perfect for a short trip to Marbella. The hot water kept going cold so having a shower in the morning with cold water was not so great. |

In centre of marbella Not an apartment but a studio. Poor cleanliness floor not cleaned. Very poor value - facilities all 'past their sell by date'. |
