loved the rooms and the main pool did not like the waitors in the resturant by the main pool kept us waiting for ages and eventually when they did come they were very rude, also did not like the people down by the beach club not helpful at all |

Very good location by the beach. Well maintained grounds leading to the beach. Rooms were a good size. Helpful staff. The decor of the rooms -- furniture and carpeting -- were a bit worn and outdated. While we were not involved in any confrontations, there were several arguments around pool deck and beach chairs that occurred while we were there. They seem to need a better system for reserving chairs. |

The gardens were out of this world and were definately five star plus. Close to beach and local bars restaurants. Lovely beach club and spa. The room I booked was a superior room but it was not. It stunk of smoke and had no balcony. Drinks in the hotel were ridiculous prices and also the food. Has a long way to go to be a five star. |

Amazing beach club....fantastic cocktails in there, very clean rooms, towels changed twice a day, great childrens club. The pools were far too cold.... there was aheated pool but again too cold to go in for longer than 20 mins. No entertainment in the evening for familys with children. |

The service and ambience of the hotel and its excellent facilities. The staff were outstanding including the warm welcome from the manager. no, the only thing was the Euro rate made it expensive for drinks etc. eg a club sandwich at 17 Euro's is a little over priced in my opinion. |

Ik was daar in een rustige periode maar het personeel had er geen zin in, sprak over het algemeen slecht engels en vond ze niet de service van een 5* hotel bieden. |

Personalen i Receptionen, Städpersonalens uppträdande var diskret Bäddning, handdukar, mm. Smaklös mat i restaurang, Frukost buffé; dålig mat, den låg framme i värmen fr kl 0730- 11.00 den var ej kyld, svettig ost, hårda kanter på skinka och korv mm. Frukostpersonalen var alldeles för ihärdig att ta bort tallrikar som man fortfarande hade mat på, glas som inte var urdruckna. Kackelackor på hotellrummet, dåligt städat bakom gardiner massor av gammal smuts bla döda kackelackor. |

Todo el personal es super amables y atentos. Siempre con una sonrisa en los labios. Te hacen sentir excelente en cada área del hotel en la cual estas. Todo es perfecto. |

il giardino dell'hotel e' il punto di forza della struttura: veramente bello e rilassante (pecato che non lo utilizzino di piu' per fare delle attivita' x gli ospiti della struttura). Anche le 2 piscine sono molto ben tenute.Eccellente il servizio della prima colazione e molto apprezzata e' anche l'acqua profumata agli agrumi che e' sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. cio' che ci ha meno soddisfatto e' il ristorante (cibo molto caro e piuttosto scadente), l'assenza di un ristorante con cibo spagnolo, l'animazione per i bambini era quasi inesistente e il servizio in piscina era scadente. Come in quasi tutti gli hotel poi, il servizio di wi-fi e' a pagamento e questo e' incomprensibile |

Dit is een absoluut top hotel, beetje aan de prijs, maar zeker de moeite waard. Het hotel benaderd perfectie. Vraag om een kamer in de toren, de kamers in de zijvleugels hebben geen balkon, en geen mooi uitzicht. |
