Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Super dat het hotel suites aanbiedt met 2 slkmrs!!! Zouden meer hotels moeten doen waardoor je met het gezin (3kids) toch gebruik kan maken v luxe&comfort&service v 5*hotel. Kamers mogen iets beter onderhouden worden. Scheuren in gordijnen. Jacuzzi op terras die 2dgn niet funtioneerde. |

het 3 kamerapp. in het hotel met zeer ruim balkon met uitzicht op zee was perfect, met in elk vertrek het ingebouwde muzieksysteemeer positief is de ligging , tussen purto banus en marbella centrum. |

grote kamers met groot balkon en jaccuzzi, vriendelijk personeel, gunstige ligging, snel actie op vragen van gast, goede fitness-ruimte. badkamer niet altijd even goed schoon, jacuzzi was niet schoon, moesten zelf vragen om schoon water en onderhoud, fout in de rekening was slechts met moeite te herstellen. Omgeving zwembad voldoet niet aan 5-sterren kwaliteit. Beachclub van hotel was ver beneden de maat. Kapotte bedden, vrijwel geen schaduwplekken bij het eettentje. |

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Ook kregen we een mooie kamer met jacuzzi op het balkon, volgens mij hadden we dit niet geboekt. Zelf vond ik het zwembad niet heel erg gezellig, te veel bestrating. |

Wilden zondag 1e paasdag om 0730 ontbijten ivm terugvlucht uit Malaga later die ochtend. Ontbijt begon pas om 08:00 en dat liet men ons op een 5 sterren niveau volstrekt onbeleefde manier blijken. |

Goed en netjes hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamer, met keuken Omdat het een 5 sterren hotel is vind ik wel dat ze op kleine dingen zoals schimmel op de badrand en kapotte gordijnen e.d. moeten letten. Ligging van het hotel is niet helemaal optimaal, maar met een auto is het een prima lokatie |

Geweldig geoutilleerde suites, ruim, geweldig terras met jacuzzi. Prima ontbijt. Prima lokatie tussen Marbella en Puerto Banuz. Schoonmaak kan absoluut beter, O.A. verschonen van bedden. |

Hotel was clean/comfortable. Locations is quite good : close to the beach and close to the city centre. Staff were not very helpful. I don't understand why we had to pay €30 for the SPA. Spa should be free or it should be indicated on the ads (misleading ads). Indeed we wouldn't have picked up this hotel if we knew this. |

The hotel was very clean and a nice lay out. The pool was lovely and the area around the pool was nice. The room was geat we had a 3 bed suite and it ws very good and well laid out, The food at lunch was delicious and the restaurant staff we very nice all be it a little somber. They were tidying up the gardens when we were there and even the gardener was pleasant. Reception staff were very helpful. The location is good ut it is a taxi ride to most places all be it not terribly far to Marbella and Peuerto Banus. Loads of supermarkets around to pick up snacks for the room. |

I liked the relaxing seating areas in the hotel and the general decor throughout the hotel. The food was quite good, although not a great choice for children. I didn't like the lack of choice of draught beers in the bar. I didn't like the fact that the pool was ice cold, especially since I was holidaying with 2 children. The jacuzzi on the balcony was great, but didn't work fully, and looked worn. |

Good location. Comfortable size of room with good kitchen facility. Pleasant bar and restaurant area. Noisy! Because of the bedrooms being essentially built around the pool and restaurant area it was very noisy until early hours of morning and then the noise of setting up for breakfast began again around 6am. |

I liked the sea view very much. The hotel staff were very friendly. The pool is very nice and it location to the sea is perfect. |

The location is great, close to marbella old town and puerto banus I have stayed in the hotel 3 times in the last 6 months, and have noticed the gradual decline in the decor and service |

Nice large and clean room. Good situation lots of tourists, behavier in contrast to hotel ranking. Restaurant too small,on weekend you have to wait for breakfast. Felling like in YMCA. Suite was very loud,because 24 h petrolstation underneath the balcony |
