Good position to walk into old Marbella.Friendly helpful staff.Nice pool area and lovely seaviews from balcony in room. Smoking on neighbouring balconies means that if you leave your balcony doors open to enjoy seaview then your room fills with smell of smoke which spoilt our stay and is reason we would not return .Staff were very helpful and moved us to another room on another floor but we experienced same problem with smoky neighbour. |

Excellent food, especially breakfast. Spacious, very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, mature private gardens and central location. Views to Gibraltar and Africa from our balcony. Very obliging staff, and free convenient parking on site. |

The pool area was really lovely with lots of different areas for lounging around during the day. Also the breakfast buffet was good. The poolside restaurant was very average for a hotel of this standard. To charge for broadband in a 5star hotel in 2009 seems utterly ridiculous to me and I know a number of the guests felt the same way. Also once you checked in there was no effort made on behalf of the receptionist to advise you of the hotel's facilities, location of different areas within the hotel, etc. |

We booked less than a week before our trip and got a great rate at the end of September. Room did not have a coffee pot, nor was there coffee in the lobby, and there is no ala carte for breakfast, so the only way to get a cup of coffee in the morning is to spend 20Euro on the full buffet. We just bought a coffee pot and used that instead. |

We had a fabulous stay at the Gran Melia Don Pepe - arriving for an extremely last minute weekend away from Scotland for one night only. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and kindly. Over the two days and one night's stay we could not think of a single thing that the hotel let itself down on. Everything was 100% perfect and this completely delighted us. Thanks for making us so welcome at such a reasonable cost and making it possible for us to have a last minute weekend in the sun. Absoloutley nothing. It was exactly what we wanted and more in every way. |

The situation, the friendliness of staff, the room, the clean bedclothes every day and the gardens. The bathroom needs renovating as does the shower at the indoor pool. The indoor pool was drained for 3 days (out of our 10 day stay) when the unheated outdoor pool was too cold to use. On more than one occasion the room was not made up until after 3 pm. |

The breakfast selection and quality was brilliant. The staff were very attentive. A very comfortable stay. The standard rooms are quite small espacially with a cot and buggy in them. Off peak there is only 1 of the resturants open and it is quite expensive but good quality |

La ubicación y orientación al lado del mar. La madurez de sus jardines. El tamaño de la habitación (categoría superior) es pequeña para su categoría, el tamaño del baño mejor no mencionarlo, es enano. |

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist über die Promenade schnell im Zentrum. Wellnessbereich war gut und im November waren es nur wenig Gäste. Tolles Früstück. Die Reservierung über booking lag dem Hotel nicht vor, obwohl von booking mit Reservierungsnummer bestätigt. Aufgrund geringer Auslastung war es kein Problem ein schönes Zimmer zum gleichen Preis zu bekommen. |

Nous avons apréciez proximité de la ville de Marbella et ses petits restos, la qualité grand luxe des aménagements de l'hotel en général hall d'entrée spacieux avec salons et verdure, piscines extérieures, jardins magnifiques .le calme des chambres,La TV avec 50 chaines.La taille des chambres Changement des serviettes et des draps chaque jour..Petits déjeuner sous forme de buffet très complet.Service d'étage très compétent, très professionnel.Parking sécurisé bien aménagé.Nous n'avons pris aucun repas sur place. .Personnel très stylé et très compétent mais pas très chaleureux.Piscine intérieure et jacuzzi pas très propre.manque quelques chaines TV françaises ( seulement ARTE et TV monde) |

No se le puede poner ninguna pega. Por lo menos, yo no tengo ningún motivo. Lo que mas me ha gustado ha sido la atención y educación de sus empleados, su magnífica ubicación, sus instalaciones. He ido a finales de noviembre y no se si se puede decir lo mismo en temporada alta, cuando el hotel esté lleno. Supongo que sí. |

Buena ubicación, la mayoría del personal es muy profesional y amable y tanto el hotel cmo algunos de sus trabajadores acusan el paso del tiempo. Actitud del Maitre y de un camarero del turno de desayuno del 21 de noviembre. Llegamos a las 11 y diez y sin dar los buenos días, un camarero miró su reloj ostensiblemente, en plan de "a buenas horas". Aun quedaban un par de mesas ocupadas, podían habernos dejado desayunar, pero tras intercambio de miradas, el Maitre fingió amabilidad y pesar y nos indicó que acudierámos al servicio de habitación, que luego él mismo ordenó, aunque no subieron el agua sin gas que habíamos pedido. En fin, pequeño detalle que empaña imagen de un hotel bueno y semivacío, asi que un desayuno más,desayuno menos, no les iba a provocar mayor cansancio excesivo. |
