Durant mon séjour à Gran Melia Don Pepe, j ai apprécié le professionalisme de la réception,du personnel...leur gentillesse.Une piscine agréable,la beauté du jardin.Excellent petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet,trés copieux.Propreté des chambres

Le personnel rentre facilement et trop souvent à mon gout dans les chambres

Good position to walk into old Marbella.Friendly helpful staff.Nice pool area and lovely seaviews from balcony in room.

Smoking on neighbouring balconies means that if you leave your balcony doors open to enjoy seaview then your room fills with smell of smoke which spoilt our stay and is reason we would not return .Staff were very helpful and moved us to another room on another floor but we experienced same problem with smoky neighbour.

We booked less than a week before our trip and got a great rate at the end of September.

Room did not have a coffee pot, nor was there coffee in the lobby, and there is no ala carte for breakfast, so the only way to get a cup of coffee in the morning is to spend 20Euro on the full buffet. We just bought a coffee pot and used that instead.

The breakfast selection and quality was brilliant. The staff were very attentive. A very comfortable stay.

The standard rooms are quite small espacially with a cot and buggy in them. Off peak there is only 1 of the resturants open and it is quite expensive but good quality

Buena ubicación, la mayoría del personal es muy profesional y amable y tanto el hotel cmo algunos de sus trabajadores acusan el paso del tiempo.

Actitud del Maitre y de un camarero del turno de desayuno del 21 de noviembre. Llegamos a las 11 y diez y sin dar los buenos días, un camarero miró su reloj ostensiblemente, en plan de "a buenas horas". Aun quedaban un par de mesas ocupadas, podían habernos dejado desayunar, pero tras intercambio de miradas, el Maitre fingió amabilidad y pesar y nos indicó que acudierámos al servicio de habitación, que luego él mismo ordenó, aunque no subieron el agua sin gas que habíamos pedido. En fin, pequeño detalle que empaña imagen de un hotel bueno y semivacío, asi que un desayuno más,desayuno menos, no les iba a provocar mayor cansancio excesivo.
