Es ist deutlich zu merken, dass man die strandnahe, aber wegen der Schnellstraße nicht so günstige Lage, mit einer wirklich ausgefallenen Designereinrichtung im Inneren zu kompensieren versucht. Was gelingt. Die nahe, oft kritisierte Schnellstraße hat uns absolut nicht gestört, da gibt es schlimmere Lärmquellen (die wir aber hier auch nicht zu beklagen hatten). Da dürften die näher am Hafen gelegenen Hotels viel problematischere Lärmquellen haben. Wir waren positiv überrascht (Premium DZ zum Pool hin) und werden wieder buchen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich dafür nicht abwechslungsreich.

Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, die durch Marbella führt. Also blieben die Fenster im Zimmer wegen des enormen Straßenlärms nachts geschlossen. Ab November wird seitens des Hotels die Klimaanlage abgeschaltet, sodaß es nachts im Zimmer mit geschlossenen Fenstern stickig und viel zu warm war.

Amazing hotel, fantastic service. Lobby was massive and immense and the junior suite was perfect.

Very chic but comfortable and friendly hotel, ideally situated in Puerto Banus for shopping, sightseeing ,golf etc I have stayed there several times and will always go back

Food, pool area, good location

We had 2 nights of interrupted sleep from noisy/drunk guests- arguing,slamming doors etc which is the sort of thing we would expect from a lower star/cheaper hotel.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel in late September. The main entrance has a spanish Hacienda type look to it with taxis parked outside for easy travel around town.The staff were helpful and attentive and a generous breakfast was provided. The lobby was very spacious and there was a pianist playing 'old favourites' in the evening. The room was kept clean.

The rooms looked a little tired. The one I was allocated on the 4th floor had a small balcony that was situated so as to get alot of the days sunshine. However, it overlooked the main highway. It is also quite far away from Marbella town. However, if Puerto Banus is your cup of tea, it is only a short stroll away, via the Casino. I thought the place over priced. And neither of the swimming pools is large enough to swim in.

Very professional reception. Even with a last minute booking (the same day via booking.com) a very nice and friendly welcome.

The position it's really good and the entrance to the Casino' of Marbella which is in the same building of the hotel it's free for the hotel guests...

The room is quite old in comparison to the hotel standard and very different from what you see at the entrance, a luxury hall but the room, at least the one I had was nothing special.

I didn't like the location. From your map it looks alot closer and not mention of the dirty subway connecting to the marina. The corridors of the hotel was thick with dust. Staff very unpleasent. Wanted to know why we was sat in reception, We explained we was staying at the hotel ?!?! They made the mistake of not taking our credit card for reference of the mini bar bill and demanded we paid for it days before we checked out. Rowdy guests in the lobby when returning to the hotel, Security escorted us to the room to make sure we were staying at the hotel. Not what i expect.
