Room & bathroom were simple and clean. The staff were very vriendly and helpfull. In the surroundings of old town of Marbella, the environment was very 'warm'. |

Perfect Location. Right in the center of walking town, a few short blocks to the beach and amazing atmosphere all around. Moorish design was great. Would definitely stay there again. |

Stayed here with 15 friends and had a variety of rooms. All the double/triple rooms were lovely. The rooms were cleaned and new towels and bed sheets were provided every day. It is a very quaint looking hotel and is set in a lovely location, very convenient. Would stay here again. The quadruple room is a bit like a dungeon. Go for two singles instead. There are no safety deposit boxes provided or available. |

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Good value for money. I would stay there again. The bathroom fixtures and fittings could do with updating. There is no lift which could be difficult for guests with mobility problems. |

A very quaint real Spanish hotel in a local's area overlooking a school. Very difficult to find, our map directed us to Calle San Bernabe instead of Plaza San Bernabe which was quite a long way away. Although this isn't a criticism of the hotel it may be something that needs correcting. |

La localización es excelente,en pleno casco antiguo y a 5 minutos de la playa.Buen trato del personal.Muy limpio.Buena relación calidad-precio. Dificultad en aparcar el coche en las inmediaciones,no dispone de parking.Instalaciones antiguas,podian modernizarse un poco. |

Et meget godt og hyggeligt sted med en perfekt beliggenhed ud til et lille lokalt torv,men alligevel midt i hjertet af den gamle by. Dejligt med rene håndklæder hver dag og rengøring af værelset. SKØNT og uundværeligt at der er aircondition.Et utroligt rart, smilende,imødekommende og behageligt personale. En grundig hovedrengøring af badeværelser og evt. udskiftning af badekar/wc der er slidt så meget at det ikke kan gøres ordentlig rent. Noget bedre belysning på værelserne (sengelamper). Og så burde de rydde op og renoverer tagterrassen (bruges til opbevaring af ødelagt sanitet, aircondition o.s.v.) således at deres gæster ville have mulighed for at bruge denne, hvilket sikkert også ville være medvirkende til endnu flere tilfredse gæster og måske en stjerne mere på deres H.skilt |

die Lage in der Altstadt!!, aber sehr schwer zu finden, wir sind bei 30 Grad stundenlang mit dem Auto rumgekurft, bis uns ein Spanier mit dem Auto dorthin geführt hat. Besser Beschreiben das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr dreckig, wochenlang kein Staub gewischt (beide Nachtische dick mit Staub), Badewanne war nur notdürftig mit Lack ein paar Stellen nachgebessert, absolut spärlich möbliert, dunkel wie ein Loch, das dann getauschte Zimmer genauso dreckig, verstaubt und schlampig, in der Lobby an der Rezeption war Dreck, Müll und der Tisch an der Sitzgruppe staubig, dreckig, Dame an der... |
