Great seaside location. Close to the beach. Near by mini market allows to shop for produce easily. Nice pool (we didn't use much because the sea is 1000 times better). The apartment we go was very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for own food making. Had parking included which was great. The staff was helpful when we needed some advice and actually gave us two options of rooms to chose from, which was nice to have. The facility was a bit dated. It would have been nice to have a washer/dryer available (even for pay) as these are apartments that people are staying in for a while. The TV's in the two rooms were not connected to cables and could be used (not a biggy as there is better use for the time at night). The safe usage was awkward and the warning about the procedure to follow if things go wrong was enough to not use it. |

The room they gave us did not have the swimming pool view that my gramma wanted so they changed it for another, bigger room right away. Very lovely. The swimming pool is close and big enough to swim. The position was simply great for what we needed.. The breakfast, included, was very poor (sometimes there was only tea or coffe and they said the food was all gone!) and the waiter quite rude. It being "free" is not an excuse for being bad. |

The staff were typical of the spanish people in general, very pleasant and respectible. I always felt welcome and the bar staff were especially helpful . The reception were friendly also. The only thing i didn't like was the way the plants grew out from the balconies. They looked like dry moss. The interior reception and lobby needs a little face lift but the room was very nice and view fantastic. |

3 Adults staying in one room for one night in Feb 2009 for 58 Euros. A very clean large room with nice furniture and all the facilities provided in the kitchen (all working). I guess this room must have been recently renovated! Did not use any of the hotel's facilities, except for the free parking (handy and necessary). Uncomfortable beds, terrible breakfast with almost no selection! |

Very spacious room with kitchen lounge and balcony. Good location, a few mins. to beach and town center. The parking was excellent especially for a large car.(no height restriction). The rooms are a bit old fashioned and the breakfast was quite basic. However the staff were excellent and it represented very good value for the money.I would use it again. |

Staff was very friendly and the position was just great for the purpose of my visit to Marbella The property's rooms although they are large (appartments with kitchnette), they are quite run down, especially the bathroom and the kitchen foremost for the appliances (stove didn't work) should be refurbished and replaced. A Microwave owen and a coffee/tea maker tray could be an improvement. |

Our room was wonderful. We had booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival they offered us a three room apartment, in order to keep the family together. Otherwise we would have been at opposite ends of the building. The apartment was spacious and the garden view was beautiful. |

Goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel, goede service. |

La Villa Marbella is located inside the romantic Old Town of famous Marbella. The rooms are fully equipped and carry a very cozy Asian Style yet respecting the Andalusian Style of the house. |
Right on the beach, this aparthotel is in the centre of Marbella, 5 minutes from the old quarter and the marina and 5 minutes by road from Puerto Banús. |
