Goed verzorgd in een rustig gedeelte van Marbella en vlak bij het strand Zwembad verwarming ging de helft van de week opeens uit. Onhandig dat de receptie niet lang open is. |

Die Appartmenthäuser liegen in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Park, dazu gibts einen großen Swimmingpool. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Unsere Wohung (3 Doppelbetten) war groß und mit Klimaanlage, SAT-TV und einer gut mit Geschirr ausgestatteten Küche versehen. Die Rezeption war selten besetzt, die Häuser werden nicht sehr gepflegt - kaputte Lampen, Spiegel mit großem Sprung etc. |

Прекрасное место для отдыха. Шикарный сад, большая площадь апартаментов, близость к морю; все делает отдых приятным и комфортным! Обязательно приеду еще раз! |

Appartement beaux, bien équipés et spacieux ; environnent calme très proche du bord de mer ; piscines agréables pour les grands et les petits ; résidence très sécurisée ; personne de l accueil efficace et agréable et parlant français ; Très peu de touristes francais surtout des anglais et des madrilains ; Ménage hebdomadaire très succint (lits refaits ,salles d eau nettoyées et vague coup de balai rapide !) et clim difficile à utiliser mais heureusement au final inutile car la chaleur n était pas trop forte; |

Super bien placé a 2 pas de la plage et a 100m du Nikki Beach, bien que j'ai preferé le beach club du Don Pedro qui jouxte le Nikki, bien plus classe et superbe piscine, Lounge Bed nickel. Buffet incroyable le midi. le meilleur beach club de tout Marbella. Las golondrinas est un service de loc appartement mais il y a une piscine convenable un peu chargée mais beaucoup de sun bed. aucun service par contre a part le snack piscine. Personnel aimable et serviable. aucun probleme avec l'appart, deco un peu moche mais bon... belle terrasse avec vue mer. Excellent rapport qualité prix a mon gout. Parking avec chaque appart, un luxe vue la proximite de la plage et du nikki |

Stor leilighet, store rom, velutstyrt kjøkken og stue, gode soverom og fin utsikt. Air Conditionanslegget fungerte ikke, og så burde det være safe tilgjengelig i leiligheten. |

Nous avons apprécié Ses jardins trés bien conçus et entretenus., Sa piscine avec bar pieds dans l"eau.,La proximité de la mer et des commerces .Appartement spacieux. Et bien équipé.(Lave vaisselle. Lave linge. Séche linge).(télé, lecteur dvd) (climatisation) . Accés wifi gratuit à la réception. |

De receptionist was heel vriendelijk. De boiler deed t niet langer dan tien minuten,dus als je met drie mensen wilde douchen,moest de timer worden aangezet, appartement was oud , niet goed onderhouden en niet schoon. |

La urbanización cercana a la playa y con bonitos jardines. El apartamento muy amplio. El apartamento estaba un poco descuidado. Necesita una actualización. La limpieza superficial, había mucho polvo acumulado y olía mucho a humedad como si no lo ventilaran a menudo. |
