heerlijke restaurants in de omgeving zeer dicht bij de zee, en een heerlijk zwembad bij het hotel.wij waren in voorseizoen, weet niet of ik het ook goed vind in het hoogseizoen. denk dan dat het zeer luidruchtig is. het geschuif van meubilair over de vloeren, misschien viltjes onder de meubels? |

Hotel heeft een gunstige ligging mbt zee en centrum. Receptie sprak goed Engels en ze waren vriendelijk. Kamers zijn zeer gehorig (we hadden een apartement). Moeilijk parkeren in de omgeving, dus extra moeten betalen voor plaats in de parkeerkeler van het hotel (10 euro per dag). Ontbijt was zeer eenzijdig. |

Grote kamer met balkon + klein keukentje. Goede badkamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Pima gelegen in Marbella. De koffie bij het ontbijt was niet lekker. |

Location - just 2 blocks from the beach and close to all the restaurants. Free parking on the street in you can find it. Balcony, but the railing was shaking a little bit - dont lean on it. Kitchenette - although I dont know who would want to use it from the looks of it (dirty and very very outdated). Safe is not free, although it does not say so on booking!!! When brought to the attention of the staff they refused to do anything about it! Dont stay here! The hotel is a 1 star road motel quality. The hotel hasnt been updated since the 70s - the bathroom is stinky, room stinks of sigarette smoke! The decor is super outdated and the furniture is banged up all over. Wifi does not work in the rooms at all, only in the lobby. All of that we were willing to overlook given the price, but the noise isolation at the hotel is horrible and is a deal breaker imo! We could hear everything the neighbors did, girls walking in heels, chairs being moved, people coming home at 2am (just talking and walking), people talking at normal levels in other rooms and TVs. Im not a picky traveler at all, and have stayed in budget hotels all over europe, this was by far one of the worst experiences! |

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is kept beautifully clean. Nice size rooms. The location is great, a couple of hundred yards from the beach and not much farther to the main road and bus stops. The kitchen was adequately equipped for self catering, although I was glad I took a sharp paring knife with me. There are 2 convenience stores very close to the hotel, and two supermarkets both within easy walking distance. The decor is maybe a little tired, but not badly so. The breakfast is OK if you like bread products! If you have a room on the street side, it can be noisy at night- nothing to do with the hotel, just people in the street. We kept the balcony doors closed and used the air conditioning so we could sleep. There is a charge to use the in-room safe, of almost 3 euros a day. When I protested that it doesn't say that on the booking.com site, they immediately waived the fee, but otherwise it would have been expensive (we stayed for over 2 weeks. |

Helpfull and friendly stuff. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the old town. Qwiet street below. Poor breakfast. The hotel feels some kind "unclean". But most of the hotels in this city with same price range are the same. |

good location and value for money, especially compared to most of the other hotels featured on your site, but Marbella is horrible, despite the sun and sea, so if you've never been yhere, don't bother free wireless internet always worked in the lobby but very unreliable in the room |

Room was claen and tidy At breakfast we found the the plate and the cups had not been washed properly. They were still dirty and unhyginic. The bread roll were hard and stale. The breakfast was so poor that we left the hotel to eat somewhere else. |

The proximity to the beach, so close, only a 2 minute walk. Cheap and cheerful. Would recommend to all young couples. Perfect location for shopping, beach front and good restaurants. Nice wine bar across the road with very friendly staff who made you feel very welcome. Not very luxurious but perfect if you will be enjoying the sunshine and nightlife. |

the pool area the staff and its central location. the hotel is self catering however there were no facilities, eg. kettle,microwave,cups,toaster ect. and the sliding glass door to the balcony was almost impossible to open |

5minutes walk to town and beach, out of the way of the main 'tourist' roads so not too noisy. Breakfast items were very limited and the breakfast room was quite stuffy, it would have been nice to have the opportunity to eat on the terrace. |

I found the Staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, so central to everywhere. The breakfast was very basic and not very appealing. It was a bit noisy at night. The bedroom door keys are very loud and noisy. |
