hotel à 5 minutes à pied du centre de puerto banus. Chambre propre.

L'insonorisation des chambres à revoir. Dès le matin, on entendait les femmes de chambres passer l'aspirateur dans les couloirs de l'hotel. Surtaxe du room service trop expansive. Petit déjeuner pas fameux.

Le confort, le calme, les services proposés et les installations (piscines, sauna, hammam...) ainsi que la qualité du petit déjeuner.

La personne de la réception n'a pas été très aimable à l'arrivée. De plus, au moment du départ, on nous a réclamé une somme à payer alors que tout avait déjà été réglé à l'arrivée. La personne de l'accueil s'est montrée très agréable lors du départ.

Très bon accueil piscine transat et serviettes à disposition chambre agréable lit confortable très bien la proximité des plages et de puerto banus avec accès facile à pied. Stationnement gratuit devant l'hotel. Petit déjeuner excellent. Bon rapport qualité / prix pour un hotel à marbella.

En fait pas de lit king size mais deux lits de 130 chambre plus petite que prévu petit balcon avec vue jardin piscine très bien mais en fait vue mer désagrable car entre la mer au loin et le bacon : grand bâtiment en béton du servive des eaux. Comme la plupart des hotels à marbella, proche de l'autoroute et donc bruyant à l'extérieur.

Le personnel n'est pas professionel, la propreté est insuffisante et j'ai demandé mon changement de chambre 3 fois à mon arrivée pour manque de propreté, les mini bars sont vides, les petits dejeuners pauvres, en rien un 4 étoiles.

during the night we discovered our bed was crawling with bed bugs. I had to go down to reception at 2am to get the keys to the room next door and we moved our stuff in there. We where still charged full price

I enjoyed the piano music in the bar on Friday evening.I had all my meals.outside.beside the pool,which was most relaxing! The barstaff were very friendly & efficent,

Everything about this hotel was clean. The pool facilities were excellent.

The bedrooms did not have any tea coffee making facilities.

Pool area was beautiful and had private corners around. Also it was not crowded this time of the year (April). Breakfast had lots of variety, even rye (brown) bread! Coffee was not from the machine, but freshly cooked and served with milk to the table. We also enjoyed our private balcony to the garden and the short-cut back door to the beach and to Puerto Banus Center.

Unfortunately we could not use those beautiful outdoor pools. They were not warm enough. (There were small indoor pool, though.) Marbella city center was a little far away (15-20 minutes by bus), but bus stop to Marbella near and bus ride cheap (1e15c).

The gardens and pools at the hotel were very good and beach was very close if you went through the gardens at the back of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.

The staff at reception are not at all friendly. Fridge in hotel room was empty and room service finishes at 10pm although it says that they have 24hr room service on their brochure.

I liked the rooms very much. They were big and very comfortable.

I did not like the buffet dinner. The food was excellent, but unfortunately there were too many people going to dinner at the same time, and I went on valentines night for a romantic meal with my partner and had to wait about 40 minutes to be seated.
