Not much this time. I rated this hotel highly in July, but my return visit was a total disappointment. Parking is easy and above ground. Rudeness of one reception gentleman in particular. The others were just ok, not 5 star quality at all. My room was clean, but lacked the usual items like bathrobe, slippers, do not disturb sign, etc. which I had to request. Overall, my room was just average, nothing special & certainly not 5 star quality. |

Breakfast was good Everything other then breakfast! I had a soiled towel on arrival, a leaking shower which meant I slipped on the floor! The concierege was none existent and hence I carried all luggage everywhere! Value for money in this particular hotel is a myth! Food was average and service was substandard. |

Hotel is in a good location close to both Marbella and Puerto Banus with bus stop outside main gate. Breakfast is very good. The breakfast room was very neglected with dirty tables and chairs and stains on the walls. The rooms are quite basic and not 5 star. I would rate the hotel 4 star. |

Room was spacious with door between bedroom & entry/bath/dressing room. Very clean & well appointed. Breakfast was superb. I have stayed at all other 5 star hotels in Marbella & was pleasantly surprised to find NH Alanda rating very near the top. |

Hotel Staff where extremely professional, very helpful and well mannered. Facilities where top notch. 5 mins in a taxi to Marbella or Puerto Banus Bit of a distance to the beach, could do with some more English Channels on the TV |

No air-con. Beach bar was open for nearly 2 hours during our 4 day stay. Bar in the hotel suppose to be open until 1am at 11.55pm told it was closed so next night tried at 11pm again told it was closed they only want you to do room service. We booked the special offer so you had access to the spa so we could be pampered and relax ...it never opened. |

Although I thought the hotel was brilliant, I was shocked at the state of the carpets in the corridors to the rooms, this really let the hotel down and was such a shame when everything else about the hotel was spot on. |

Nos ha gustado mucho el confort de la habitación, el buen trato del personal y el excellente desayuno buffet. Está un poco lejos del centro de Marbella para ir andando, pero hay buena comunicacion de transportes públicos. |

Prima rustige ruime en luxe kamer, met uitstekend ontbijt.Ligging ideaal dicht bij zeer rustige strand, lunches ook bij het zwembad overheerlijk.Ligging tussen drukke Marbella en Banus en via strand prima te bereiken |

La comodità, la bellezza dell'hotel e la posizione tra il centro di Marbella e Porto Banus nonchè dalla spaiggia. La presenza nella camera di formiche e, vistala categoria dell'hotel, il far pagare il lettino in spiaggia .... |

Al ser hotel de playa es abierto, hay muchos espacios al aire libre El tipo de clientela con muy mala educacion sobre todo en el desayuno. La bajada de precios incluso ofertas de niños gratis hace bajar hasta el servicio del personal del hotel. |

Buenisima situacion junto a puente romano.servicio amable.muy buen desayuno.y muy bien organizado.buen gimnasio.piscina con horario amplio.cosa que se agradece. Hay que bajar un poquito el precio.un 15% menos estaria muy bien.pues en verano el precio es alto.y el chiringuito del hotel en la playa es malisimo y muy caro.y el servicio muy deficiente.es lo peor del hotel |

El horario del desayuno, una magnifica piscina, buena ubicación, el parking, confort habitación, periódico disponible. Hamacas de piscina son de fakir, ponedle una colchoneta ya, deterioro de las habitaciónes, la televisión es de ***, precios bar abusivos, las tumbonas de la playa deberían de ser gratis, así tendrían más negocio en el chiringuito, por ello siempre estan vacias. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado el desayuno buffe, muy abundante. Que las tumbonas de la playa que tenia el Hotel eran de pago para los clientes del hotel y mas caras que el resto de las tubonas de las plya. |

Localización, instalaciones. Este año es el segundo que vamos y los dos días hemos tenido problemas por el ruido de otra habitación a la hora de la siesta: a pesar de quejarnos a recepción no solucionaron el problema. |
