Loin de valoir les 4 étoiles qu'il affiche tant au niveau du personnel que des équipements et prestations. Petit déjeuner médiocre, personnel de salle inexistant, chambre non faite à 15h...et quand vous demandez qu'elle soit faite, on vous répond de mauvaise humeur "ce sera fait quand on aura le temps!" Pas de gel de douche ni champoing le premier jour, bouteilles a demi vide le second…une propreté discutable Une situation n°1, et un hôtel qui pourrait ou a certainement été un bon hôtel. |

c'est calme ,élégant ,discret,et le personnel de l'hotel est charmant,+ un piano!sur lequel j'ai joué j'ai eu un probleme de connection internet; |

The Hotel was very clean, very good room size,all staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to Puerto Banus Bars and Restaurants. Charge of 15 ! Euros per day to use a Lawn chair at the Hotel Beach. |

very good value for money as we got the room for €90/night. In front of the beach and 2 minutes away from the marina. Just one point to mention. There was no showel gel =and shampoo even though there were less useful stuffs like conditioner, perfume, etc... We asked the staff and they just told us: "if there no shower gel in your room, it's because we don't have any in the hotel, go get buy one in supermarkets". The funny thing is that the day we left we took a shower in one of the hotel facilities and they provided us with... shower gel...except for that nothing bad to report |

The convenience of the hotel to the centre of Puerto Banus is very good and their is a rich ambiance about the accommodation. 29 euros per day parking is too much. The breakfast was not as good on my previous stays and indeed I felt was poor. An extra pillow would also have been nice. The bedroom was adequate rather than spacious. |

Ligging is goed, in centrum en aan strand met redelijke ruime en complete kamers. Er zit geen zwembad bij, personeel niet altijd even vriendelijk. |
