Teller waren sehr oft schmutzig, mussten immer beidseitig kontrolliert werden. Fleisch und Fisch (Abendbüffet) immer sehr trocken und sehr bissfest. |

Die Anlage war, da von RIU geplant und gebaut, optimal für spnische Verhältnisse. Nicht sehr weit vom Strand entfernt, zu Fuß in 10 min. zu erreichen. Nach der RIU-Phase (bis vor ca. 2 Jahren) läßt alles im Hotel stark nach. Notwendige Reparaturen werden nicht durchgeführt. Das Hotelpersonal ist mit wenigen (deutschen) Ausnahmen meist recht wenig kooperativ und unfreundlich. Bei RIU geht´s anders. |

Grosszügige Anlage, leider etwas weite Wege und vor Allem Problem da für jeden Ausgang aus der weitläufigen Anlage über die Reception gegangen werden muss. |

Trotz der Naehe zur Schnellstrassse keine Laermbelaestigung . Schoene Gruenanlage, mit tropischem Character. Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild. Das Heizen des Zimmers ueber eine Klima-Anlage. Zugige und zu trockene Luft. |

Hotel was nice but not 4 star. (our mind 3+) Staff was very nice,(except housekeeper, they were not very trusty). Pool and garden was the best part of hotel, room was standard, nice but not luxus. We booked this hotel 6 month earlier and asked one big bed, we were very disappointed what we get; twin beds! |

The location is okay close the the beach and not far from puerto benous The hotel staff are rude, breakfast was of a very poor quality. This is defiantly not a 4 star more like holiday apartments with a reception |

Breakfast Reception staff could be nicer. More sunbeds needed. All occupied by towels at 9 am!! Not impressed by pool restaurant during lunch. |

The room’s furniture is very old and in poor condition, the a/c is not cooling properly and the room temperature is very hot during the day, the fridge is not cooling at all and it has no shelves. The entire hotel is in need of total renovation. |

It was close to the port,the staff around the pool area and bar were friendly.The rooms were clean and were tidied every day. I would definately say it was good value for money. The breakfast finished too early and therefore it was very busy with long queues.There were not enough sunbeds. |

The hotel was like a small Spanish village - very picturesque. It also had lovely pool areas. the staff on reception were very helpful. Restaurant was good with a great breakfst selection |

The room was lovely and comfortable, very well airconditioned, nice and spacious with easy access to swimming pool, restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely and friendly especially the night staff when coming in late at 3/4am!!...and extremely helpful with directions and travel arrangements. Hotel is well situated with buses and taxis on the doorstep. It has a lovely balance of a nice quiet atmosphere but with excellent activities to keep people entertained. Couldnt beleive the balance of ages from very young to very old and all seem to enjoy themselves. Had an excellent stay and will definitely return. |

Stayed half board and the food was an exceptional standard for a hotel of its size. We usually go out for meals but stayed in every evening! The cleanliness and the room service were excellent. |

Excellent value for money and well located within walking distance to Puerto Banus (10-15 mins). Breakfast buffet is very good with all the options a British traveller would need. This hotel won't take your breath away but it is clean, has nice pool areas and is ideal for a relaxing break. The airconditioning was very weak. |

The grounds were beautifully kept and the staff were extremely friendly. The Buffet offered a very good selection of foods. The air conditioning did not work and we were advised that it had not been switeched on for this year but they would do it for our room. This did not happen. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I did not consider the hotel to be of a 4star standard. |
