We got upgraded to a family room which was great since we were with two small kids. We could walk aout of the room right to the pool area. The hotel staff was nice The beds in the cabanas by the pool can use a wash and the buffet dinner was not good at all, although I think that the formal restaurant is good. |

Spacious room and bathroom, quiet location, modern furnishings and tasteful decor, good value for money. No turndown service in the evening. At busy times, more than 1 chef was needed at the breakfast buffet and the pre-cooked 'hot' food was disappointing, ie cold or overcooked. Also, no boiling water was available for breakfast tea, only hot water which left a film on the tea. |

The hotel grounds, pools and common areas are very nicely designed, The rooms are spacious and nicely finished. The bathroom is very nice. The pools were warm even for september so great for a swim.Free Cava, juice and fruit in the foyer was a nice touch. Overall a very nicely presented hotel.. This hotel appears to be a 5 star on the surface but lacks in the attention to detail ; minor things but they all add up to the quality of the hotel to constitute a 5 star rating (eg. Poor quality bathroom products,gym was tiny, the spa is not inclusive. Complimentry drinks by the pool offered only once in our 5 day stay and only to half the pool! ) Although when taking the price into consideration you can not make many complaints about this hotel at all , but it should be classified as a 4-4.5 stars not 5. |

Beautifully designed hotel in exellent location. Exellent and confortable rooms. Outdoor tarraces with pools with seaview. Staff at the reception very friendly and helpfull. Recommended We were diseapointed with the restaurant and the bar. Prices were not relevant to the offer. Restaurant service. |

The ambience of the hotel is one of relaxation and the actual hotel and grounds are very attractive and well maintained. Although it has only recently opened, the service and amenities are nowhere near 5 stars. To have only one pool attendant for 3 pools means there is a long wait for sunbeds to have the cushions added and to have no poolside waiter service and no food available at the poolside bar is terrible - this is something that is available at many 4 star hotels! I just think in general the hotel has a long way to go before it can truly class itself as 5 star. |

I liked the nice easy going atmosphere. I enjoyed the comfort of the sun loungers compared to some other hotels. I felt there should have been atleast 10 more beds around the pool as there simply was not enough beds available for the number of guests wishing to use them, without crowding the pool area. |

The location is perfect in the middle of Costa del Sol and you can also start for a visit of the region because the main cities are not very far (Siviglia, Cordoba and Grananda are nearly at 200km) The reception desk is small and not very confortable. Some people of the staff is not skilled for a 5 stars hotel : 1) At the arrival no room available until 3pm ; 2) Unfair reply to simple question |

Enjoyed a 4 day break in late June , wonderfully helpful staff , hotel very well appointed and confortable would not hesitate to rebook Menu in resturant quite upmarket and pricey and not really suited for familiy dinning and no entertaintment in the eve when we visited , |

The hotel is a beautiful modern five stars hotel sited in a great location just 8km from Marbella's center. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is rich and generous. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The hotel's cleanliness is definitely not up to the five stars standard. We stayed three days and nights at the hotel and our sheets were never changed! The bathroom was cleaned on a daily basis but not the room! We would get back to the hotel in the afternoon and the room would still be like we left it in the morning. |
