Good hotel Reception staff friendly A la carte restaurant provides good food. Our best meal was sitting at the table outside the restaurant. This felt very special and was more spacious than the small dining table otherwise provided There didn't seem to be a bar, There was therefore a tendency to wait for ages for any attention. I feel that the main source for regular revenue is a visiting coach party and so the A la carte service is underplayed. The food is very good and I think there should be a greater emphasis on this. There seemed to be very little communication between the restaurant and reception staff. The patio outside has no where to sit |

Close to the old town with safe parking. The rooms over looked a quiet courtyard so there was no street noise. 9€ was too much for breakfast. No one serving. It seemed to be breads and boiled eggs in a bowl. I like bacon and fried eggs for 9€. |

We only had one day to spend in Toledo, and the Maria Cristina was the perfect location. Since we had a rental car, our choice was based on parking availability and a location outside the narrow, winding streets of the city center. It was an easy and interesting stroll into the city on foot. |

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was good value for money. Good location if you are happy for short walk to restaurants. Old town 10 mins walk uphill but actually found it nice to be slightly out of the main centre as it meant it was quieter. The reception staff should concentrate on the people they are checking in - it took a long time as the one person on the front desk was answering the phone, etc. Breakfast was disappointing. Motorcycle parking should be free. |

the fact that it was close to the centre was a bonus the fact that the hotel had no facilities for room service or to be able to get even a cup of tea at 4 in the afternoon we were told to go across the road to a bar as the hotel cafe bar was closed. |

No such thing as a non-smoking room apparently. All doubles are singles pushed together. Noisy heating system. |

The bar was never open, Christmas Eve as expected nothing was open so the hotel guests had nowhere to go. The hotel could have provided something like food and drink! Christmas morning we could not get a coffee, the hotel could do with a vending machine at least! |

We liked the hotel; situation was good, staff were efficient, helpful. The only thing which was disappointing was breakfast. Hot dishes were virtually cold and the coffee tasted as if had been made the day before |

The Eurostars Toledo is located close to the commercial centre of Toledo – one of Spain’s most historic and picturesque cities. |
Set in one of Toledo’s most privileged locations, in the heart of the historic Jewish Quarter, this hotel is housed in a renovated building dating back to the 17th century. |
This beautiful, traditional-style hotel overlooks the ancient, monumental city of Toledo. It was originally built in the typical, local Cigarral style for members of the city’s aristocracy. |
This hotel is set in a historic building located between Toledo’s ancient city centre and the quiet, natural area around the River Tajo. |
