The breakfasts were excellent; the hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The only problem was the size of the room. There was not even room for a chair other than a small desk chair. Everything else was fine. |

The location near Puerto del Sol. We enjoyed the aircondioned spacy and nice furnished hotel foaje and the good breakfast in the restaurant. Our doubleroom was nice and quiet. We were not satisfied with the dinner in the MEP restaurant |

Front desk staff so pleasant and helpful in every way and at all times but particularly when we were dealing with consequences of "lost" wallet. Room very comfortable ;good air conditioning . Breakfast -good selection and good service. No. Failed to acquire extra pillow.! Room needed waste paper basket.!! |

we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was very comfortable and nice. this hotel was really clean. breakfast was really nice.my daughter was unwell on day of our departure and hotel allowed us use of our room for a few extra hours, free of charge.very much appreciated by us. the dinner menu appeared to be repeated every evening, based on menu in lift. |

We loved that the hotel was central, very clean, spacious and breakfast was excellent. It was very good value for what we received. In the evening time it was possible to come back relax, have a drink and sit down in excellently comfortable surroundings. One member of staff in reception was quite aloof and impatient. |

The location near Puerto de Sol and the Gran Via was superb. It is also close to the Prado and the Plaza Major. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff extremely helpful, the room was cozy and quiet. We would strongly recommend this hotel. |

It was very close to the main Madrid attractions. The buffet was very good with a wide choice for diners. Price was a little high but we were rushed for accommodations so we were unable to take advantage of any discount offers if available. |

It was quiet, the rooms were large and comfortable. Excellent central location. Beds had memory foam pillows. News channel in English. Mini bar. Luxury shower. Own control panel for air conditioning in the room. The breakfast was really nice. Selection of cheese, cold meat, pastry, freshly squeezed juice, yogurts etc etc. Breakfast served till 11 am woo hoo !! Very good value for money. The handle of our room door was broken however we were moved to a different room immediately with no hassle. |

Staff was very professional, english speaking, very helpful and nice. Room was small but very comfortable and always clean. breakfast arrangements, there was not enough tables and guests had to wait in a queue while the others were having their breakfast. |

Good staff, when I came in my room was not ready and i got a free drink during waiting. The room was very small and too hot. Bed was of poor quality. The power supplies for laptop was hard to find. I think it was just one of those far away bad rooms in a hotel. |
