Dunas Mirador Maspalomas

This is a modern, well maintained resort, nice rooms - that is probably (i'm guessing) is as good as all its neighbours in the same price range. Good choice of breakfast. Many leisure facilities. Nearby parking no problem at all.

This is far from the beach, and parking is not easy down there. Resort has a bus 3x a day. A place directly opposite town, adjacent to the sand dunes, would be the prime spot (however that is not the same price). Dinner could have included some local specialities, but there was choice. The resort caters mostly for 'package tourists' (probably same for most hotels on the southern part of gran canaria).

we paid for all inclusive there was a good selection for breakfast and dinner The staff at the rception were very pleasant and helpful this is important when ordering taxis or asking question about the local area

Snacks at the pool side was very limited menu consisted of toasted sandwich or hamburger with chips or a side salade every day

We had a weekend break there in January weather was lovely hotel had a nice atmosphere entertainment catered for everyone. We really enjoyed it.

noise from the bar in the evenings, the hotel is on a high hill, hard to walk from the beach 4 km

I enjoyed staying at dunas mirador maspalomas, as the hotel was absolutely 1st class, we had great crack at the poolside bar every night, there was a lovely warm welcome from Maria one of receptionists when we arrived and always had a smile for everyone. The food was typical buffet style with a great variety to suit everyones taste buds...will look forward to going back.

only one thing, and that was we only had maid service twice in the week we were there,,the towels would need to be binned,, I had to ask reception to organise fresh towels on the days we had no cleaning.

the overall appearance of hotel was very nice the pool area was kept very clean and a family atmosphere was apparent.

the rooms should have air conditioning we hired a fan but it was little use as it only circulated the humid air in the room.the food could be varied a little more.

The breakfast and evening meals were tasty and varied. The room was small but adequate. The value for price paid was excellent. The hotel location away from the saturated beach areas was a definite plus.

Staff and facilities were excellent

Allocated a very noisy room where rubbish bins were moved at approximately six oclock every morning and people leaving night club underneath sometimes noisy

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the pool area is nice and the heated pool is an advantage. There are a few restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a taxi stop near the hotel.

The staff was not very helpful, some were outright rude. The hotel is close to a motorway, so in many rooms you will hear noice. The hotel is quite far from the beach, but the walk is nice, taxis are cheap and there is a free bus three times a day, so it is not such a huge disadvantage.

Lo mejor del hotel es la piscina. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas normalito con una piscina estupenda.

Teniendo en cuenta el precio (32 euros MP/pers) no puedo quejarme.

All inclusive oli monipuolinen ja ruoka oli hyvänmakuista.Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja vastaanotto kun saavuimme yöllä oli hyvä.

Allasalueen aurinkotuolipaikkoja oli liian vähän hotellin kokoon nähden, mutta joka päivä löytyi kuitenkin paikka aurinkotuolista. Uima-allas kuitenkin oli tarpeeksi iso.

La piscina, la comida que es bastante buena y tienen variedad, para relajarte el sitio está muy bién.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el camarero del bar de la piscina, un señor mayor con pelo blanco que creo que es el encargado, tiene muy mal caracter para estar cara al público, cuando pides algo parece que te está haciendo un favor.
