Convenient location, near from beach, not far from big dune. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Special architecture (Gaudi style). Good breakfast buffet. Queues during breakfast. Long expectation of coffee or tea. Hotel not answer e-mail for confirmation of reservation, only by phone. |

Excellent location, in front of the beach, very quiet place. Though it is a huge hotel and occupancy was high, it was quiet, it is very spacious and there are spaces for children, spaces for couples, spaces for older people. Very nice gardens, excellent swimming pool with sea view. |

It's absolutely great value for money, meets all basic requirements. Excellent breakfast, the hotel is located in the proximity of the seaside promenade, shops, restaurants, etc. I'd stay there again and could recommend this hotel to a friend Overall it's a good hotel, just do not expect a ***** service in order not to be disappointed. There are some minor details that need to be improved, like shaky and worn-out furniture, noisy cleaning staff, etc. |

Swimming pools were very good. Junior suite had excellent bathroom. We were looking for a family room, but had to book a junior suite to accommodate 2 children. The room was huge and could have easily have fitted 2 extra fold up beds but instead we had to spend alot more money on the suite which was not really needed. |

Location and food was very good. Since there was no bellboy both when we checked in and checked out of hotel, then we had to carry our luggage by ourselves. (We expected this in 5 star hotel and disappointed.) |

Excellent place to stay from the point of view of money to spend. Very good breakfast buffet, helpfull front desk staff, balkony which allowed me to smoke right outside the room. Reasonable price for dinner buffet. Unfortunatelly this hotel has no its own beach area, but as I understood there is no private beaches on Gran Canaria at all. Thereof we had to use the city beach which seemed to me not very comfortable comraring to other world beach resorts. |

Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Good choice available for breakfast. Good location. Pleasant and helpful staff. It's layout is confusing and we had a long walk to our room. Beach on front of hotel not great and long walk to main Maspalomas beach. |

See below: Dan at Booking.com did his very best to recitify the situation for us and after he had spoken to the hotel manager on Monday morning we were moved back to H10 and did receive compensation (dinner thrown in). We ended up breaking even in the end. Not sure I would book in this way again though. The fact that they had no record of our booking when we arrived Saturday night. The reception staff were not helpful and couldn't get rid of us quickly enough. I asked them to ring another hotel to find us a room. When we arrived at the other hotel, the reception denied any knowledge of a phone call and said they were fully booked. Appalling service. |

not over crowded plenty of sun beds and some nice places to eat ouside of the hotel ie the sunset cafe and the one before you get to that one both very friendly and the cocktails are yummy i would also like to mention the itailian resteraunt next to the supermarket fabulous do not be put off if not busy there we tried them all and this one was the best by far with all the nice touches they do for... reception manners could be improved no eye contact and dont seem interested at all . but saying that i loved the hotel |

The hotel was very very pleasant. We hesitated between a hotel in Maspalomas area but were very happy to have decided for this hotel which is away from the main area where all the mass tourism is. Gaudi architecture of hotel very interesting. Food at lunch around the pool is good and very inexpensive. Clubsandwich for €5. Spacious + clean rooms. Breakfast is good + offers variety. The dining room is rather big though and lacks a little ambiance. Our family likes variety and therefore we wanted to go out for dinner to different places. If we had had full board (dinner there), it would have been a bit depressing. There is another restaurant à la carte in the hotel though which we haven't tried. |

Nice hotel in a very good location and the facilities were good if expensive. Yes the indoor pool as advertised cost 16/20 euros each per day ..this was not st ated anywhere on the info prior to going, we were not impressed with the staff either and there were so many broken items floor tiles lamps both fixed and table which we reported. |

We enjoyed the ambience of the pool area and the layout of the apartments. The breakfast choice was exceptional. We were unlucky to get a room that didn't catch much of the sun. The breakfast room was rather cheap looking after the grand designs of the other public rooms - lighting very bright. |

This was definitely not a 5 star hotel. Our junior suite was a good one and it was good value for the money but the rest is 4 stars at best. Chairs at breakfast were very used and dirty. Hotel staff, besides concierge and cleaning staff were not pleasant enough. They need training, need to learn to be kinder to guests, and need to to lean to stay our of the way. |
