Hotasa Beverly Park

We enjoyed meeting the other guest that stayed at this hotel. Housekeepers were incredibly nice and helpful.

The hotel staff were extremely rude during check in, did not explain any of the hotel's policies. Our room was not ready by the time of check in, had no towels, when calling the front desk they stated they would send some up, waited over 2 hours, and just found a housekeeper who was kind enough to give us towels for our room. The food was awful, so we resorted to eating salad for 7 nights. The wait staff would come by and take your plates before you were even finished eating. Dinner drinks were not included as it the room was sold to us, and they even charged 2euro for a carafe of tap water.

The hotel was nice for what it was, cheap. I expected much more, especially in customer service. I did have a decent view.

The staff was a bit off on customer service. English is not a second language. My room smelled and the clean crew began very early.

Location is great. Not too close to the main centre of Playa del Ingles - but only a short stroll down the seafront boulevard. All facilities were very clean and the breakfast selection is excellent.

Large rooms with their own balconies, a nice a quiet coctail bar.

No fridge in the room, couldn't find the remote. I'd say the average guest age was around 60 (stayed in November).

Geweldige locatie

Läget, närheten till strandpromenad och bra stränder. Lungt och mysigt. Bra variation vid frukost- och middagsbuffe om än lite smaklöst I vårt tycke. Allmänt tillmötesgående och trivsam personal förutom just vid vår incheckning.

Mycket dåliga sängar för att inte säga otroligt dåliga sängar för att vara ett trestjärnigt hotell. Upplevde att det var dåliga rutiner på bokningar gjorda via "Booking.com". När vi anlände och skulle checka in så började personalen prata "upprört" med med varandra, viftade med händer, sökte både här och där I papper vilket gjorde att man blev lite orolig om allting verkligen var som det skulle. Hade även bokat och betalt för havsutsikt, fick trots detta ett rum på andra sidan hotellet, upp mot gatan/trafiken. När detta försynt påpekades möttes vi återigen av irritation av personalen och först efter att vi lyckats bevisa att det faktiskt fanns noterat detta på vår bokning, så fick vi byta rum.

A comida tinha pouca variedade e muito repetitiva. O serviço e o custo das bebidas no refeitório não é condizente.

iets verouderd, hotel bedden wat aan de harde kant. Verder prima hotel voor dat geld.
