Destacaría la atención del personal, muy atentos y educados. La elaboración de los alimentos muy buena, el desayuno buffet muy variado. En realidad no identifico esta instalación con la categoría 5 estrellas por varias razones : La situación de la Consejería en la misma entrada, además con las revistas en exposición, me impresiona como si hubiera llegado a un kiosko de una rambla y no a un hotel de esa categoría. La primera impresión que se debe recibir es la Recepción, elegante, sobria, acorde a su status. La dimensión del baño es pequeña, me recordaba la de hoteles 3 estrellas y por último en nuestro caso hasta una de las sábanas o fundas nórdicas tenía dos rotos grandes en el reverso, raídas del uso, por lo que dejé una nota a la encargada de la habitación justo en los agujeros cuestionando si un hotel podía ser 5 estrellas con sábanas raídas ¿?!!!! |

Inmejorable localización (al lado de la excelente playa de Maspalomas y del paseo). Palmeral donde se localizan las piscinas. Comida superior al de hoteles similares de la zona. Facilidad para check out en horario no habitual Lentitud del servicio en restaurante aunque cabe señalar su amabilidad (escaso personal). Regular/deficiente limpieza de las habitaciones que además se realizaba muy tarde (más tarde de las 16 horas) |

Los servicios de restauracion son excelentes, como asimismo los servicios de spa y wellness. Todo el personal del hotel lo clasificaria de amabilidad y profesionalidad poco corrientes . 10 de clasificacion. |

Las habitaciones y el ambiente tranquilo. Muy cerca de la playa. Un camarero que fue muy mal educado, ya que al hacerle una pregunta, nos dejó con la palabra en la boca y con muy malos modos dejó muy mal a su encargada que era una chica encantadora y servicial. Es una pena que por una persona asi se pierda calidad en el servicio. |

Een fantastisch hotel dat onder Duitse leiding staat. Wij komen al jaren in dit hotel en het personeel muteert nauwelijks. Vier maal per week worden de maaltijden uitgeserveerd en drie maal per week is er een BBQ. Alles vers en in overdaad.Iedere avond is er entertainment. De kamers zijn wel gedateerd. Er zijn drie zwembaden, een voor rust, een waar ook entertainment wordt geggeven en een voor kinderen. Handoeken bij het zwembad in ruime mate aanwezig. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er problemen met de airconditioning. Door een ongeluk op onze eerste vakantie dag was ik voor de rest van de vakantie aangewezen op een rolstoel. Hierop is het hotel niet geheel op berekend. |
