Functional and clean hotel with a reasonable location. The staff were generally fine, the pool was nice. Nowhere near to buy things like a drink to have in the room, no minibar, no flexibility in the bar at the pool. Staff did not go the extra mile to help out. |

De kamer was verder prima in orde. Wel jammer dat je tegen een hek van de gofbaan aankijkt. Lekker rustig. Het restaurant vonden wij echt ongezellig. Daarnaast vonden wij het aanbod in het restaurant ook erg matig. Het is ook vrij lastig om een buffet neer te zetten voor gemiddeld 30/40 gasten. De keuze was dus niet reuze! Iedere dag zelfde ingredienten voor de salade. Daarnaast werd een en ander al om 17.45 klaar gezet, terwijl het eten van 18.30 tot 21.30 was. Ook voor de warme gerechten vond ik dit een probleem, friet wordt er echt niet lekker van als dit al om 18.30 wordt klaar gezet en je gaat om 19.30 eten (of later). Ging je na 19.30 eten dan kon je de pech hebben dat bijv. een bepaald soort vlees al op was. Dan was de keuze helemaal min. Daarnaast vonden wij de bedrijfskleding van het pers. echt verschrikkelijk. La tranquilidad que se respira y la comodidad para descansar durante la estancia en el mismo. Que sin advertir que la 1/2 pensión no incluye bebidas, me pregunte el camarero que deseo para beber, me sirva la marca y tamaño que quiere él y luego me cobre el precio que tiene previsto, pero del que no me ha informado. Tampoco es normal que te cobren la totalidad de la estancia (excepto las bebidas, claro), al llegar. |

La habitación ha cumplido con todas mis espectativas y el buffet también. El servicio de recepción ha sido muy amable y recalcar que la señora de la limpieza del 18/10/09 fue tan amable que hizo el servicio de limpieza a mi habitación aún comunicándoseme de que ese día no había servicio. Habia muchos bichos, sin llegar a ser excesivo ni molesto, pero supongo que contra la naturaleza no se puede luchar y menos habiendo césped y árboles en los alrededores. No tiene importancia. |

A penas pudimos hacer uso de las instalaciones porque nos hizo mal tiempo todos los dias, asi que no puedo opinar sobre la piscina y otros. Nos parecio un detalle excepcional el que, a la llegada al hotel, nos tenian una cena guardada (ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba por la noche). Buena relacion calidad precio, como un tres estrellas superior y un cuatro estrellas normalito. Fuimos con media pension, el personal que daba los desayunos/cenas era amabilisimo. Aunque en la web dice que no hay parking en el hotel, finalmente si que habia, asi que nosotros encantados. Las habitaciones, muy comodas y acogedoras, y al ser villas, tienes tu independencia. el gimnasio parece mas grande en las fotos y en realidad es muy pequeño. Comida, buena calidad y cantidad, pero para ser catalogado como un cuatro estrellas, tal vez faltaba mas variedad. bastante lejos de la playa, pero ya lo sabiamos al contratarlo. |
