the hotel crew was noticeable kind, friendly and helpful! always with a little smily in the face like i expect from a 5 star hotel. The "strange smell" in the hotel, other guests mentioned before is defently a matter of taste, because i liked it and my girlfriend to. ok there is one thing, which is absolutely going wrong there: Friday and Saturday Night after a romantic bottle of red wine on the beach we went to the hotel bar at the ground floor for a good night drink and the barkeepers treadet us really very bad just because we were not looking like the normal 5star hotel guests. |

comfortable bed Sea view room is more expensive but the air con doesnt work properly as the sun heats the building like a greenhouse!! No one showed me to my room, or showed me how to use anything in the room. |

The price what I paid was excellent for this kind of hotel! 348 euro for 4 nights/double room. There is a strange smell in the hotel, maybe because of lack of fresh air. But I think that this is a general problem in Barcelona - with canalization. |

Everything is possible Not a loy of privacy because the bathroom and room are open onto each other, so it can get a bit noisy if a person wants to shower while the other one is sleeping |

beautiful new hotel, the staff was very friendly. the hotel is in the new district from Barcelona but is easy to get around with taxi or metro!! |

The breakfasts were good. The sky restaurant was not on the 24/25th floor. That one was closed. The only open restaurant was on the ground floor and they called that 'the sky restaurant'. The jaccuzi was not working. It was cold and they said there was a problem. There was no 'chocolate pool'. The view from the room would have been good had the windows been clean and you could have seen through them. |

L'accueil, la piscine, le personnel très serviable. Excentré mais 1 station de métro à 200m (Poblenou), ce qui permet de rejoindre la Plaza Catalunya, le port et la plage, la Sagrada Familia en - d'1/4 h.Il y a également le bus et le tram qui passe devant l'hôtel. Séjour impeccable le petit déjeuner 23 euros= très cher pour ce que l'on propose |

La localización es buena, asi como las vistas si dispones de una habitación con altura. Muchas cosas : es vergonzoso que vendan las hab. con prestaciones y precio de 5* cuando en realidad muchos 3* y casi todos los 4* de Bcn ciudad les superan en muchos conceptos.Pague un suplemento para alojarme en Doble The Level ( a partir de la planta 22 ) donde entre otros servicios dispones de un buffet libre en amplio horario atención de recepción personalizada etc. |

le niveau de préparation de la chambre laissait à désirer. il a fallu faire intervenir le personnel de l'hôtel.L'accès à la discothèque et au restaurant impossible : soirées privées.La qualité des produits au petit déjeuner n'était pas au niveau de ce que l'on peut attendre pour un hotel de ce standing. |

Sehr gelungenes Designer Hotel noble Ausstattung in den Zimmer super Ausblick über Barcelona (wohnte im 19.Stock) Lage ca. 10 geh min. zum Meer Sehr sehr komischer Geruch im ganzen Hotel; Wände zum Nachbarzimmer sehr dünn bzw. Zimmertür gewitscht (hört wenn man ins Zimmer kommt bzw. geht) Frühstück relativ teuer á € 22,-- |

Le personnel est trés agreable. Le service et les equipements sont tres complet. Le confort des chambre et du spa. Notre chambre n'etait pas prete a notre arrivée, on est souvent derangé dans la chambre et le prix des supplement. |

C'est un hôtel génial, design, avec un personnel très attentionné, attentif à vos demandes, extrêmement sympathique. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, également très design, la salle de bain est très grande, avec douche séparée et baignoire. Vraiment, nous voyageons beaucoup, et cet hôtel restera un excellent souvenir. Le seul point négatif, il est un peu excentré du plein centre de Barcelone, il y a pendant les périodes de salons des navettes gratuites, sinon il y a le métro et le bus ou bien entendu les taxis. Mais il faut savoir qu'il est impossible d'aller au centre ville à pied. |
