Enjoyed the food as it was an excellent standard ..and joining in with the animation teams games and just chilling out by the pools No complaints we had a fabulous holiday |

Everything...... Except the lack of clean towels. I thought the staff came in too late cleaning the room & changing the towels as they did'nt come till late afternoon on our last nights stay ! |

The fact we only lost our deposit when we were desparate to leave after the first 5 minutes. We found another 1 star hotel down the road which was heaven compared to this Costa Pontins!. This apartment/location is not for families with children over 8 years old. The whole facility is dated - pre 1960. Staying at Pontins in the UK is luxury compared to this resort. No way could 6 adults sleep in these apartments. The walk through balcony was not condusive to sitting on. The sunbeds were crammed in a small space and busy. The swimming pool was so antiquated it was horrible. |

Abbiamo apprezzato la struttura, veramente carina, completa di tutto ciò che serve per il divertimento e il relax. Lo staff ottimo e buona la cucina.Buona la qualità prezzo. |

j'ai aimé le coté familiale, en retrait de tossa de mar au calme , mais proche de tout,les diverses installations et animations pour tous , le personnel très disponible , la sécurité , les navettes mise a disposition vers tossa je n'ai pas pris de all in mais nous avons pris un souper au restaurant , personnellement je n'ai pas trop apprécié , mais il est clair que pour 10 euros par personne , il n'y a pas de quoi rouspéter ,c'est une question de gout |

Está decorado como un castillo y es muy bonito. Las habitaciones bastante limpias, muchas actividades de pasatiempos para los niños. El inglés monopoliza la vida en el hotel, está llenito de ingleses, las animadoras casi sólo hablan en inglés. Te sientes como en un hotel de Inglaterra. |

Mange gode aktiviteter for børn. Fin restaurant. Ikke så mange regler for leg i poolområdet. Meget børnevenligt personale. God atmosfære, selv om der næsten kun var englændere på hotellet. Aftenshowet, der er ret højlydt, bør stoppe tidligere end kl. 24.00-00.30. Det bliver for anstrengende med show hver aften. |

j'ai aimé l'aspect extérieur (type chateau),et l'esprit convivial au sein de l'hotel. oui,l'animation musicale et les spectacles,ont lieu à 22h,jusqu'à minuit.décaler de 21h à 23 h serait plus raisonnable;d'autant que l'alcool aidant,la soirée continue souvent dans les chambres voisines jusqu'à 1h30 du matin,sans le moindre respect pour les autres personnes. |

Cercanía a Tossa Sí, nos entraron a las 12 en el apartamento y aún viendo que no lo habíamos desocupado (estábamos acabando de recoger) se quedaron dentro abriendo ventanas, dehaciendo camas....echándonos. |
