Quality/Price - Probably all the other hotels in the area aren't that much better. The hotel needs a full refusbishment of their facilities. |

The receptionist was very helpful and they tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The A/C is turned on only at night after 8PM. And around 2AM, it switched off again and we had to complain to get it turned on once more. We were living in a 4 person room - and 2 of the beds were extremely uncomfortable and possibly, broken. The 2-bed rooms should be fine however. |

After reading all the reviews here, I still booked this one. I stayd for a week and here are my observations: The personnel is friendly and helpful. There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. Location of the hotel is great: just around the city center and you can take the lift to the beach. The pool area is useless or atleast not appealing.. Breakfast is quite plain and some vegetables would be appreciated! Local taxis know this hotel by name of "Califa", so order it to go there. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There where no other English guests so we did not use the pool, bar or restuarant. The latter was only used at breakfast. If we had known this we may have tried for somewhere else so at least we had others to talk to. Rather a trek to the beach too when the lift wasn't working. |

Staff was helpfull they made a mistake in the booking but solved it without problems. Breakfast was the worst i have ever had and i had a lot of hotel breakfasts |

La verdas es que iba con un poco de miedo despues de los comentarios que habia leido en algunas paginas webs acerca del hotel pero realmente quedamos mas que satisfechos con la semana que hemos pasado ya que aunque est claro que todo en el hotel puede mejorarse, lo que si que es cierto es que en relacion calidad precio es excelente. Habitaciones mas que correctas, un buffet igualmente mas que correcto y un personal agradabilisimo. Es antiguo y necesita reformarse pero si eso implica un aumento en los precios lo dejaria asi porque esta mas que bien para alguien que busca un sitio para comer dormir y que este cerca de la playa |

El hotel era un poco antiguo, pero acojedor. Teníamos buenas vistas desde la terraza y el personal del hotel muy amable. El bufet era regular.. pero bueno por ese precio no se puede pedir más. El camino hasta la playa... un poquillo lejos y todo son cuestas. |

Das Hotel ist mitten in Torremolinos,es ist von älteren Baujahres, aber innen sauber und mein Zimmer war für ein 3 Sterne Hotel gut. Das Essen,Hp, war gut. Ist verschachtelt,war aber zu damaliger Zeit Standart. |

La personne a l'accueil, très agréable et serviable. La vue de la chambre. L'hôtel dans sa globalité était bien. Le petit déjeuner. Les produits n'étaient pas de qualités. Le sol de la chambre n'était pas propre (impression que la chambre a été nettoyée mais il y a longtemps) |

Muy buen trato y disposicion del personal. Cercania a la playa. La comida no era buena, habia poca variedad. la habitacion no estaba muy limpia, habia tierra debajo de las camas, y muy antiguo todo, no es un tres estrellas. |

Cercano al centro ciudad y la playa La comida y las instalaciones son muy antiguas, necesita una gran reforma, según como esta ahora le sobra una estrella, las sabanas y las toallas estaban muy usadas incluso una tenia un agujero |
