Location of hotel to beach Food. The employees/service was excellent but neither the breakfast or dinner was any good. Even the coffe was awful. |

Our room was verry clean and with good airco! The hotel was situated nearby the beach, so we could go there very easily. Also not far away from busstops, so you can use public traffic very easily! The food was little varried and not that good. I think this was a hotel based on mainly german customers and so it offered a kind of german kitchen. Hotel staff wasn't that friendly, only at hotel-desk for check-in and check-out. |

There was plenty of food although the choice wasnt great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not always cleaned very well and one day we didnt have clean towels. |

die ausstattung ist für den preis echt super!das zimmer hatte klimaanlage und war auch sauber,ist für junge leute die zum partyurlaub dort sind echt gut geeignet! es war morgens leider relativ früh laut aber erträglich! |

El ruido de los turistas hospedados, borrachos y maleducados, la comida asquerosa y escasísima, las habitaciones sucias, en recepción no controlan el personal que entra, ya que la mayoría entran con bebidas del exterior para montarse sus juergas en la habitación.No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo, ha sido mi peor experiencia de vacaciones, no volvería en la vida a ese hotel. |

Keurig netjes en schoon.Openbare toiletten ruim en schoon.Nette mooie bar.Vriendelijk personeel.Ruime nette eetzaal.Supermarktje naast de deur.Kamer 412 en 413 ruime badkamer.We zijn in meer sterren hotels geweest in El arenal en hadden minder verwacht Het eten zag er goed uit maar te lauw.Het ontbijt was prima alleen te harde broodjes.Wat betere koffie zou ook fijn zijn.Je bent in een ander land dus het eten is ook anders.Een advies voor de hoteleigenaar is te investeren in middelen om het eten warm te houden |

lo que mas me ha gustado es la heladería que tiene frente a su entrada, son una pareja de argentinos que hacen helados artesanales buenisimos. el bufett era malo no malisimo no habia apenas variedad en las comidas. ruidos a todas horas de guiris borrachos pero nadie decia nada |

Das Personal war freundlich und das Essen genießbar. Die Preise in der Hotelbar waren angemessen Manche Zimmer waren sehr klein und aus dem Fenster sah man in einen Schacht. |

lo mejor del hotel es su situacion cercana a la playa y que tuviese aire acondicionado en las habitaciones el personal fue poco amable y el buffet dejaba mucho que desear, especialmente en el desayuno. los turistas alemanes hacian ruido en la piscina desde primera hora de la mañana |
