It was in a great location and it was an easy walk to the beach, the restaurants the bars and the clubs The beds were uncomfortable |

An elegant, old building with a modern internal decor. Staff very accomodating and helpful. ideally situated for strolls along the harbour, beach, restaurants and night life. parking is a nightmare; locating the hotel was difficult as you have to cross a dual carriage way with fast traffic and the back streets it is located on are narrow, one way with no clear signs. |

Comfortable room and great personal, reception desk gave us a lot of information. The location is very good, according to stay in city center and very near to beach. Breakfast service stuff shout keep attention to clean covers and dishes, it is horrible to find rest of meals stack on covers... big mistake. During a weekend, the "nigh-life" in this part of city is quit loud and noisy till the morning. |

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the location very central. |

The hotel is well located for a city break close to shops and retaurants having the added advantange of the beach close by. Very clean and comfortable. Room service very good. Tea and coffee facilities not in room, this is unaccepatable for a 4star hotel.Eveing receptionist quite miserable. |

The only positive about this hotel is its price and location. This is not a 4-star hotel, at best it should only deserve 3 stars. Rooms are not cleaned adequately. When I arrived, late in the evening, my bathroom was very dirty, full of hair from the previous clients. |

This was a lovely hotel. Very central to beach and marina. my room overlooked the town hall square, which was very quaint. A Lovely place to sit out side and have a drink in the night time. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, will definatly be going there again |

The hotel is placed perfekt. A short walk - and we were at the places we wantet to be. The beach in alicante is wonderfull and the walk to the castle is beutefull. The breakfast buffet is nice and there were at quiet atmosphere in the room. There are noise from cars in the room - but that is only to be expectet when you choose a hotel in the city. |

Location and the fact it is so close to the beach and city centre. One of the mornings there wasa big religious celebrations in front of the hotel from 7 am. We weren't informed about that by reception and were woken up by crowds of people and loud music. If we had known we could've planned something that morning. |

Location of hotel is prefect. In the centre with all restaurants and bars close by. Also very close to the beach. There was a lot of noise on the streets. Difficult to sleep. |
