Le personnel parle en anglais!!!! Nous sommes en espagne. Il faut insister pour avoir un dialogue pas forçément en francais mais en espagnol |

the food was quiet good and pleanty of it , only a few mins walk to pubs , shops , beach but back far enough that your not kept awake with the maddnes of benidorm the beds are so uncomfortable , we stayed for 5 nights and the sheets were not changed once |

Hygiene standards were good ,visible presence of cleaning staff reassuring .Skin cleansing wipes were encouraged to be used before entering the restaurant to clean hands and we did nt see anyboby refuse Large swimming pool and sunbathing area with plenty of sunbeds and chairs .Location ideal not to noisy at night , but near enough nightlife if wanted . |

All of it, its very friendly.Stayed there a number of times and will be staying again. Great location, and helpful staff always. Food is always nice and fresh. |

Good location, Clean nice pool good staff would stay again great value. Breakfast buffet tray's and tray's and greasy english food, fried eggs bacon, black pudding all covered in fat, not for us. Would leave food next time go to a local cafe |

The hotel was conveniently placed for access to all parts of Benidorm. It was light and attractive inside and there are plenty of facilities and in-house entertainment. The food was very good - hot, tasty and plentiful. While most staff were quite friendly there were a few who were very miserable. The bar areas (cafeteria in particular) were a bit sterile. The building site across from our rooms was not the most attractive view. |

I liked the way the guests had to use the hand wipes before going into the dining area. The food was excellent and had a great choice. The hotel was fantantic and catered for people of all ages. |

Cleanliness was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful hotel was comfortable and beds also. Good value for money. The choice of food and amounts were plentiful but tasted a bit bland. We had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel and thought it could have been signposted more. |

i realy liked there but i had a baby who needs a warm bottle on a night time wich i could not do bacuse there was nowhere to warm her bottle at bed time but other than that i had a fantstic time thankyou!!! p.s i thought it was a bit expensive for 1 night 110e. |

Food was good and planty.Very clean ,had a nice time there and will go back. I was put at back of hotel where there was bluiding going on.and know sun,it was cold for my wife |
