The location was excellent for our city touring needs. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and hotel. The air in the hall of the 1st floor was dense and had an unpleasant, musky odor. Maybe the odor was due to some cleaner or wood polish, but we found it extremely offensive and stifling. |

We did specifically request a room with view of the ceramics museum and a double bed - and both we received. Very nice room indeed and a good size. Buffet breakfast had a very good choice and was available until 11am (staff do need to point out however that various breakfast items were in different rooms.) We did read previous reviews regarding the bad odour in the hotel reception and we can confirm that this is the case - it is a foul smell, particularly if you have to use the internet next to the main lifts! (also slightly bad upstairs in the corridors but thankfully not in the room.) The hotel must be aware of the problem (drains? it is as though they are trying to mask it with another chemical. |

It was a great location, with a great price. It was a 5-10 minute walk to many of the sites, includeing the Market, train station, metro stations or major tourist attractions. It was also only a short metro/tram ride to the beach. |

It's central location to the old town in Valencia giving excellent access to good restaurants in the city. The helpful staff and super architecture. |

Our room was spacious, well-furnished and always kept clean. The bathroom was large and modern, and there was also plenty of wardrobe space. We were not troubled by noise from within or outside the hotel. The buffet breakfasts were excellent with a good choice of cold and hot food and an amazing view of the facade of the ceramics museum as a bonus. |

Easily accesible, helpfull personell, large comfortable rooms, beautifull building It was very clean but there was a smell that was not very pleasant.Maybe from the carpets in the floor or the cleaning materials. |

Large room. excellent central location close to cathedral. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Quality of food in dining room is good. View of doorway to ceramic museum next door is stunning. The christmas crib was beautiful. Maps provided by reception were difficult to follow as they did not have all street names listed. We were given inaccurate information about times for breakfasts and availability of dinner on new years eve. Breakfast was good but provision of cerials was limited. Dining room had very little atmosphere for evening meals. |

Extremely helpful and friendly reception staff. Location is great also, right in the centre with direct bus line to beach starting 30 meters away. We had a room with a view on the square and ceramic museum, which we had asked for after reading other reviews on booking. Some of the breakfast staff did not seem to be morning people. |

Staff are friendly and the rooms are modern Hotel checked my debit card prior to arrival. So, they debited my account by €100 and re-credited the amount the same day. Because of the difference with buy and sell exchange rates, I lost £5 from account for nothing! The hotel will not refund nor will the bank, therefore the customer yet again suffers! This practice is unacceptale! Hotel should ascertain if good for money and not physically take |

location, breakfast and the hotel was nice, clean there was a bad smell in the lobby. i bought an internet card and nobody told me the 30 minutes had to be used at once, not over 3 days of my stay. they need to tell their guests this information. |

Probably everything: great location (next to a really beautiful palace in the heart of Valencia), very nice staff, comfortable rooms, and great view. The only thing that comes to my mind is the TV channel Eurosport that wasn't available, though listed. It was a small minus cause it was the Olympic games period. |

Friendlyness / efficiency of staff, very nice room (although make a point of asking for one with the balcony doors), stunning location Slight drainage smell in the foyet/reception, very expensive if you wanted full television channels. Cant fault it for anything else. |
