I liked the location, the luxury feel and hipness of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The lobby seemed a bit worn. |

really nice hotel, perfect location in the centre. Nice bar on the top floor. quite small rooms(but nice and comfortable) Rooms and mini bar little bit expensive |

The central location - in the middle of all we wanted to visit. It was well into the afternoon before the bedroom and bathroom were cleaned. |

Although an international call from my room was very expensive, when I checked out and made a comment on the charge, they gave me a 50% reduction on the call. |

Service was elegant and very very polite.. Staff good english. Great staff! ground floor rather warrren like dark and i found a little scary /claustrophobic (poor fire escape access) they moved me on request. if you are staying i would go for an expensive room. |

The hotel itself was spectacular in a prime location and ultra modern with beautiful decor. We stayed in a level room overlooking the main plaza, the room was just the right the size for us, any smaller, like some the other rooms and it could feel less comfortable. The entertainment system in the room is a great idea. Roof top bar a must with great views of the city. Room service was excellent. Food and drink quite pricey, however quality of food and the accompanying service reflected this. High quality. |

La situation, la vue, la terrasse... J'avais expressément choisi une chambre supérieure (The Level) avec balcon. Il y a un seul étage de chambres avec balcon. On a essayé de me donner une chambre ordinaire au premier étage et borgne (sans fenêtre). On nous a fait attendre plus de 45 minutes pour avoir ce que nous avions réservé. Aucun dédommagement. Pas même une boisson offerte en attendant. |
