We had a room facing the back of the hotel and it was to warm. If possible it would be nice if you could choose if you wanted to use AC or not. It wasn't on now and it was HOT! Otherwise I love the hotel and this was my third stay there. |

General appearance and comfort No English speaking TV (news) station. Did not offer an obvious tourist information service. No air conditioning (or perhaps we did not know how to operate it). Not sure how restaurant service worked for anyone not on half board (but this did not matter as we had all our meals elsewhere. |

Proximity to the city center, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, satisfying loby and spa facilities, excellent view. The toilet was too small for this type of hotel, I stayed at the third floor and noise from the street was too high all night long. |

The location was great,and the staff were very professional and helpful. The pianist in the lobby bar was a delight, and the food was excellent. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

The bar, restaurant and room services were discreet but attentive. The general air of the hotel in terms of space and ambiance for business purposes was fine. The attitude of reception staff and the concierge was more geared to internal process than to customer service, considering how the hotel is positioning itself in the market. Some things were tough to do (like getting acces to the business centre). |

Staff was extremelly professional and always helpful. Situated in extremely noisy area, surrounded by tens of nightclubs and bars - forget about getting any sleep. |

'Friendliness of staff. Location of hotel. Outside dining area for breakfast. Breakfast excellent. More shade is needed at the pool. The staff could be more knowledgeable about Palma visits of historic/tourist interest. |

A room at the side of the pool and a beautiful view over the marina and the Catherdral. In an area with restaurants and bars. A visit to the catherdral is recommanded.Both business as holidays is very nice well spent. |

Restaurant Maritime very good No provision of a kettle or an ironing board in the room, for the prices it should be standard. Very little assistance volunteered by staff on offering map of town (had to be requested) or getting around. |

la ubicacion,pues esta en el paseo maritimo y cerca de toda la marcha de palma,y el hotel en si,aunque lo mejor sin duda es su desayuno para mi el mejor hasta ahora de todos donde estube. que teniamos contratada una habitacion de no fumadores y al llegar a recepcion nos dijeron que no podian darnosla pues no le quedaban y si queriamos una de no fumadores teniamos que pagar un suplemento de 30 euros diarios,subimos a dormir la siesta y el olor era insoportable por lo que volvimos y dijimos que no podiamos estar alli y al final nos la cambiaron por una de NO fumadores,y sin pagar... |

Es un hotel muy confortable, grande, espacioso y tranquilo. Esta muy bien situado cerca del centro histórico y fácil cojer autobus para ir a las calas pues la parada esta detrás del hotel. |
