The kindness of the lady at the reception. When I made the reservation I realized I chose the wrong location and I called immediately to ask to be so kind to cancel it without any penalty. I'm a Front Office Manager of an hotel in Italy and I know how it works. The Reservation Manager wasn't friendly on the phone and said to me that he coudn't cancell it. When I arrived at the hotel at 11.00 p.m., the lady at the front desk told me that my room was cancelled and I was charged for the 50% on my credit card. I find it very unfair and not professional. You can't cancell a room without informing the guest about that. Besides the front desk was closing and if I would have arrived 10 minutes later, I wouldn't have found anyone.Fortunately,at the end, I asked for another room and I got it. |

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They will stay late into the night for you if you are arriving late. My room was clean and cozy, and the pool and terrace were lovely. I had a great stay, and I recommend it highly. Great value too. |

en general la relacion precio calidad, amabilidad en recepción, limpieza, cómoda ubicación en el centro de la isla si vas por trabajo, buena variedad en el menú, el desayuno muy completo el pan de la cena estaba cortado del mediodia y por tanto estaba duro además de ya ser malo de por sí.. la salida del aire acondicionado hacía ruido aunque lo tuvieses apagado |

No se puede pedir más a un hotel de 2 estrellas. He estado en hoteles de 3 que ya quisieran tener su nivel. Familiar, tranquilo y ubicado en el centro de la isla. Ideal para ir a cualquier sitio en un momento. |

la habitación era muy acogedora y estubimos muy bién. La sorpresa fué que la piscina era cubierta, pero la verdad es que nos encontramos muy a gusto, tanto por el trato del personal, como por el pueblo y, en genral, la isla Si tenemos en cuenta la relación calidad / precio, no creo que haya nada que objetar. |

Estuvimos en una Suite, tal vez por haber pocos clientes, pero lo cierto es que tanto el diseño como el confort de la habitación fueron extraordinarios. Al margen de ello su ubicación en el centro de la isla es ideal El desayuno. Pese a no estar incuido, un día lo probamos y desmerece al resto. Es muy pobre en calidad y variación. Lo cual resulta muy extraño pues en tanto que como restaurante, el establecimiento tiene mucha consideración |

La posizione è ottimale. Al centro dell'isola, a pochi metri dal bus e con l'auto, a massimo mezz'ora da dovunque. La gentilezza dei dipendenti è a 5 stelle, tra tutti, Anabel che è straordinaria. |
