Good accomodations and excellent services by the hotel staff. The breakfast is the worst I had never seen in my life......very poor, no options, food from yesterday served also today (and cold also).....disgusting.......one of the lowest quality breakfasts in Spain..... |

I loved the whole experience. The location (centre of town), the room (characterful and very comfortable), the staff (very friendly and helpful), the food (fabulous), and the ambience (relaxed but very smart and comfortable) made the whole trip really enjoyable. The sauna was small but fine, the free internet made life easy, the bathroom was fantastic, and the public areas were very comfortable. I'll definitely be returning here regularly. No: the whole experience was flawless. |

A very comfortable hotel in a great location. Good staff and valet parking (essential!). Good places to eat nearby but avoid the hotel restaurant. Restaurant was nearly an hour late opening and the food was terrible. Waitress was the weak link in an otherwise very good staff. Avoid the restaurant. |

Superbe location and a stunning courtyard foyer. Staff attention to detail beyond reproach. An oasis of relaxarion in a city overflowing with activities. Rooftop pool giving unparalled views closed from Sept. when weather still very warm and when its use would have been welcome. |

The hotel was in a great location. The room was very clean, noise free and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The only fault we found was the swimming as it was dirty and slimey. This was a big dissappointment as it was very hot and we really wanted to go for a swim. |

A wonderfully convenient and attractive location (once you had worked out the labrynthian access to the square the hotel is located on). The hotel is small enough to care with sufficient motivated sraff to care for you. In addition it is idealy located to enjoy the sites of the cityand the many excellent Tapas bars and restaurants nearby. Could not fault it. |

A localização do Hotel é excelente. Apesar de estar no centro, não se ouve o trânsito a passar. A arquitectura do Hotel é muito bonita. A decoração dos quartos foi muito bem conseguida e é adequada á cidade de Mérida, já que foi inspirada na época romana.O quarto é espaçoso com camas confortáveis. O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático. A comida do restaurante é óptima. já que se trata de um hotel 5 estrelas, uma piscina interior era uma boa ideia... |

la ubicacion pretendian cobrar suplemento sobre el precio de la reserva en la habitacion doble por el motivo de dar a la fachada principal. En el hotel celebran bodas y eventos y hay musica y jaleo hasta mas de las 3 de la mañana. La camarera llama a las 9 h de la mañana para hacer la habitacion. La calefación de la habitación no se puede poner salvo que bajes todos los dias a protetar a recepción.Hable con el director del hotel y solo pide disculpas. Estuve 4 dias y todos los dias tenia que reclamar la calefación. Lo conocia de dos ocasiones anteriores y ahora no tiene nada que ver con el Melia de hace dos años. Es un hotel de pachangas....... |
