Very nice hotel, modern and with an excellent design. Large and confortable room, friendly staff. Also, good breakfast. The hotel is poorly signed and only accessible through an one-way street very hard to find. |

The hotel is convenient to the autoroute system. The room was well appointed (but could use renovation) The reception staff were 'correct' but not welcoming. It is very difficult to reach the hotel due to its location, one-way streets and not well signposted. |

Standard business type rooms. The hotel is in a new part of town next to a Carrefour Supermarket, MacDonalds Drive Thru and a Multi Scree Cinema and Nightclub and Dual Carriageway. It completely characterless and a very hot 40 min walk to old town. The air con did not work that well, it was 37 degrees outside, and the noise from the night club and motorway could be heard even though the windows were shut. The advertised swimming pool was not open despite it being 13 June and 37 degrees outside. There are mnay hotels and hostels much better than this in the old town. This is a poor choice for visitors. |

That I could dine in the evenings and did not have to bother to find a restaurant. that there are good carparking outside the hotel, so I did not have to pay for the garage. It was a business trip so I had not time to find out about the above. I was situated a little too long from the city center |

Leaving........ It was very old and tired looking, definatley not a 4 * otel. The pool etc were closed and don't open until June! It was VERY VERY noisy, music went on till 7.00am in the morning from the bars in the commericial centre opposite, it was 20 mins walk from the town, buses stopped at 10.00pm so had to take the car. Staff were miserable. |

The Hotel was easy to find and alhtough it was outside the centre, it was a pleasant walk into town over the Roman bridge. We were there during Carnival and so any hotel in town would have been very noisy. There was plenty of free parking space nearby. Staff were friendly qand efficient as one expects from this chain. |

El hotel tiene unas muy buenas instalaciones, es cómodo, funciona bien la climatizacion y el agua caliente. El baño muy completo, y decoración a mi gusto muy acorde con la índole cultural de Mérida. A pesar de lo bien que me sentí en el hotel, hay tres cosas que no me gustaron, 1º Está bastante lejos del casco historico si no vas en coche, 40 min andando no te los quita nadie,2º el estar al lado de locales de ocio nocturno, algo se oye, aunque para los que tengan sueño profundo esto no es un inconveniente,3º quizás la calefaccion estuvo un poco alta. |

La habitación estandar tenía una cama bastante grande. Se puede aparcar bien en los alrededores. En la habitación a pesar de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenía minibar, ni servicio de habitaciones, sólo una máquina de vending en el pasillo, y al preguntar en recepción nos dijeron que sólo había en las habitaciones superiores, algo sorprendente para la categoria del hotel y la cadena hotelera. Deberían advertirlo porque si llegas a las 12 de la noche no puedes cenar nada. El baño tiene cortinas y los grifos algo viejos. Está alejado del centro histórico, en una zona comercial a las afueras. |

La tranquilidad, las habitaciones son espaciosas y el baño está bien equipado. Su cercanía a un centro comercial te permite tener todos los servicios a mano, incluido un macdonalds, lavadero de coche, gasolinera, etc... Lo cierto es que esperaba algo más de un Tryp. En mi opinión es un tres estrellas, no un cuatro estrellas. La decoración de las habitaciones es algo desfasada, pero son detalles sin mucha importancia. |
