it was the best location possible! all the rooms were smoking rooms, when the website offered non smoking rooms. this information should be made available to potential bookers as this is a big problem for those of us who don't smoke! |

location was excellent, we walked everywhere, staff friendly, room clean, room onto square was noisy, but nice to see the place buzzing! It did not spoil our stay. |

Great location, very safe as they locked doors at night with 24 hour security.Extremely pleasant and helpful staff.Would highly recommend this hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. Asked for and got quiet room at back of hotel but even though there were 2 windows there was no natural daylight as looked out on inner shaft.Also lift very small and claustrophobic capacity 2 people. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and modern room. The hotel was positioned in a square which was very noisey at night. Most nights the noise did not stop until 5am. Breakfast was very basic, and no choice. |

Very central; helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired; our room was an inner room and was quiet, but rooms facing outside could probably be noisy at weekends. |

Staff were excellent, available 24 hours a day and could not do enough. They knew everyone by name. The square was very noisey late into the night but it is the centre of Madrid. |

Close to metro. 1. The most annoying thing to stay in this hotel is it is very noisy at midnight, even after 1am!! We always heard beeping sound from cars and shouting from guys walking along or gather around the plaza outside the hotel, esp. Those drunken man. We stay there four nights but difficult to sleep every night!! 2. The breakfast only included a continental one which is very inadequate for visitors. |

Central location without noise inside the room . Very helpfull and friendly stuff. The breakfast included in the price is poor ( just 1 coffee + 1 orange juice + 1 croissant !). The parking is expensive and the special negotiated prices are valid only under special conditions . So if you have a car this hotel is not very convenient also because it is surrounded by pedestrian zones. Next time we must go there without car! |
