Staff were nice, the room was warm and cosy. Food was excellent. the location is a little remote for enjoying local restaurants etc. More suitable to Golfers! The Spa was extremely disappointing, cold, no atmosphere, expensive and lack lustre! |

Een heel mooi gelegen hotel met alle rust en stilte die je kunt wensen. Ongelooflijk flauw van eten zowel s'morgens als s'avonds.Zeer hoge prijzen voor wat je krijgt. |

de service van het hotel is meer dan uitstekend ! kwaliteit van kamers ( lekker luxe ) , de rust van het hotel en haar omgeving, de vriendelijke bediening en houding van het personeel verdiend een compliment. we hebben een heerlijke week gehad om te genieten en met heerlijke zon ! |

Das Hotel entspricht bei weitem nicht dem mitteleuropäischen 5-Sterne-Standard. Das Frühstück ist zwar ordentlich aber eben nicht auf dem erwarteten Niveau. Das Hotel preist einen SPA-Bereich an, der diese Bezeichnung absolut nicht verdient. Eine alte kleine Sauna und ein Dampfbad sind die einzigen Einrichtungen. La ubicación , el entorno, las prestaciones que tiene el hotel así como el servicio prestado por el personal del hotel. Sería conveniente avisar de que el mini bar dispone de sensores ( así se evitaría que al utilizar el frigorifico para otras cuestiones, no aparecieran en la factura diversos consumos no realizados). |

que al llegar a las 12 de la noche, no tuvimos la cama supletoria instalada, la tuvimos que hacer nosotros, nos quejamos por ello a la persona que nos la trajo, pero al día siguiente, sin pedirlo, nos cambiaron a una habitación mucho mejor, por el mismo precio creo que necesita una gran renovación |

Las habitaciones son espaciosas. Hay que decir que este es un hotel antiguo y por lo tanto luce viejo y pasado de moda. No considero que sea un hotel 5 estrellas ni mucho menos porque no cuentan con todas las características que uno espera encontrar. |

Tranquilidad No me ha gustado nada,no es un hotel de la categoria mencionada,el spa es pésimo no funciona la piscina de chorros,la habitación Gran Confort?? La almohada malísima, el conchon se hundia!!!! Para ser un hotel de esa categoria, el Spa deja mucho que desear.Lo que iba a ser un fin de semana relajado,en un Spa de lujo, fue realmente,PESIMO.No se lo recomendaria a nadie este Hotel. |

Perussiisti hotelli upeassa ympäristössä. Erinomainen sijainti suhteellisen lähellä Malagan lentokenttää. Tilava huone (junior suite). Hyvä aamupala kuohuviineineen, joskin aina sama. Kylpyhuone ilmeisesti hiljattain uusittu, erittäin siisti ja toimiva. Ilmainen wlan hotellin aulassa, luultavasti signaali riitti myös ainakin lähimpiin huoneisiin. Ilmaista parkkitilaa riittävästi. Ei kahvin-/teenkeittovälineitä huoneissa kuten pitäisi olla 5* hotellissa. Kylpylän vesihierontalaitteet olivat epäkunnossa. |

La suite familiar esta muy bien, para cuatro personas es excelente El hotel está muy bien, pero en este momento, han echado trabajadores y se acampan a la puerta, también se ve que falta personal en el hotel. |
