We loved the hotel. Strategically located for the old historic area of Santiago, yet very quiet and peaceful. Lovely view. Free parking. Super clean and modern. Lovely airy rooms. Wonderful helpful staff. |

Very nice hotel, reseptionist ran out to greet and explained to park motorbikes in front of reception. Within very easy reach of the old city and sights. Good inexpensive bars and restaurants within 5 moins walk. |

Very clean, silent and with comfortable beds, we found it very next to the city centre and the cathedral. It is located in a uphill street and it would be uncomfortable for elder people or people with handicap or motion problems. |

Hotel staff couldn't be nicer. Very good value hotel. Beautiful view overlooking an old monastery. Very central and close to everything in Santiago. Nice being beside food market. Spacious, clean rooms & bathrooms. |

A pleasant place, very central only 2 mins from food markets, yet in a quiet spot with pleasant views across Belvis park from the balcony and rooms on the south side. Reasonably sized room includes a small desk. Two English and one German speaking TV channels available in addition to local and national programmes. Overall excellent value and comfortable, thoroughly recommended. More a suggestion, than a dislike. Breakfast was fine, with typical continental breakfast items, but could have been improved with cold milk available for cereals. Also locally there is a fantastic range of breads so the it was a pity that only standard sliced (for toasting) and rolls were available. |

The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the centre of Santiago. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the accommodation is of a high standard. The buffet breakfast offered an excellent choice and was extremely good value. I would definitely stay here again. |

El personal muy amable, las habitaciones limpias y muy comodas, relacion calidad precio muy buena, buena ubicacion, vistas magnificas, el buffet muy completo. Hemos estado muy bien atentidos y hemos quedado muy contentos es reconmendable 100%. |

Las camas son estupendas. Muy tranquilo. Muy centrico y permite a la vez acceder facilmente con el coche. Parking gratuito. Personal muy agradable y atento. Todo muy limpio y habitaciones con muy buen gusto y muchos detalles, en especial el baño. Vistas muy bonitas. Una excelente relacion calidad precio. Dificil encontrar algo, por decir algo, comentar que no tiene ascensor pero todas las habitaciones estan en la primera planta. |

La cordialità dei proprietari, la pulizia dei locali e delle stanze oltre la vicinanza dell'hotel al centro città. E' molto comodo anche per il parcheggio auto privato incluso nel prezzo e davanti l'hotel. La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo ma consiglio di farla in hotel. Il nostro gruppo, sei persone, lo consiglia. |

Las habitaciones eran amplias y confortables, el cuarto de baño limpísimo y con lo necesario, tienen periódico en el hall a disposición de los clientes, está estupendamente situado y la atención es muy buena. Aunque no tiene ascensor, tiene platafrma eléctrica para subir sillas de ruedas, por lo que adaptado. |

La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza de las habitaciones y baños, las vistas al parque, la situación céntrica, la relación calidad precio, es un hotel muy recomendable. La entrada al hotel por el parking llama la atención pero algo tenía que tener, pero no ha sido ningún inconveniente. |
