Dans le centre de Mallorca (tout peut se faire à pied) mais dans un quartier plutôt calme, personnel attentionné Pas de fenetre dans notre chambre |

Hotel très calme, et très central à la fois. Très pratique pour les randonnées en Montagne dans la Tramontane, car à 5 mins. de la station centrale d'autobus. Il manquait toujours quelque chose au buffet du petit-déjeuner... |

The hotel was a major disappointment. The suite was sparsely furnished,no chairs in bedrooms, the terrace had no furniture at all despite the fact that it was advertised as a feature of the suite.No lift or porterage to the third floor or to the street The bath room was in need of repair(shelves toilet seat} no plug in basin,duty manager said they did not use plugs in order to prevent flooding! |

Location central. Courtyard area and bar nice. The first room we had was small dark and looked out onto a concrete wall 8 feet away. Asked to be changed. Second room was lighter and airier but above the bar area this meant noise every night. Other occupants slamming doors, more noise! Cleaners seemed to start at 6 in the morning more noise! In all got about 3 to 4 hours sleep a night. Would I go back to this hotel, never . |

We took a last minute offer room and finished up with a 2 bedroom suite with a roof top terrace - excellent value! info said check-in from 12md, we arrived at 1pm carrying all our luggage only tobe told that check-in was from 3pm. Perhaps web info should be amended. |

Clean, modern room. Lovely courtyard for food which was very good and very reasonably priced for Palma. Hotel had a problem with water the first day and it was switched off between 5pm and 8pm. Hotel did not advise guests and when we went to complain they said there was nothing they could do. I had shampoo still in my hair but they didn't do anything to try and get water for me to rinse it out. |

Very large comfortable room with wonderful bathroom. Nice bar and courtyard dinning. Very attentive and helpful staff. Great location for shopping and dining. This hotel is in a beach community but not on the beach..so if you are looking for a seaside resort this is not the place. In order to arrive by taxi to the hotels fornt door you must go down very narrow streets and then climb many stairs with luggage to approach the entrance. The entrance is not a problem when on foot..only when arriving by car. A coffee /tea service in the room would have been a positive addition, especially since we left very early before breakfast was served. |

The pleasant friendly atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff.The situation in Palma from where one is able to walk to most places of interest. No vehicular access.Bags and luggage have to be carried up or down flights of steep steps to gain access to the hotel.No lift in the hotel.It would be unsuitable for the elderly or disabled. |

Friendly serviceminded staff at the reception desk. Central location. Very modern and excellent bathroom. Breakfast and breakfast service should be improved, particularly when the hotel is fully booked. |

Good location close to shops and restaurants; well-appointed bedrooms and large comfortable beds. Poor breakfast, grudgingly served, in dull dining room. Views from bedrooms were 'overlooking old alleyways', as the website describes, but ours looked onto a fairly bleak side street. |

We took my Mum for her 90th birthday and the staff were so friendly and kind to her. We found getting about very easy due to the central position of the hotel. As there was no parking near the hotel we used public transport all the time and found it cheap, frequent and better than hiring a car and trying to find a space to park. There were stairs into the hotel and it would not be suitable for someone with limited mobility. Luckily my mother is very spritely for her age. |

The central location of the hotel, the modern decor, the efficient staff, the amazing shower! There was a problem with the laundry on our first day which meant we only had 1 towel between the 2 of us, although the receptionist did manage to track down some robes for us when we complained. Also our room was very near the kitchen and rather noisy in the mornings. |

La situación: está en una zona peatonal, entre las calles San Miguel y Oms, que por el dia están muy animadas con cafés y comercios. Se puede patear cómodamente hasta la plaza mayor y la catedral y está a un paso de la plaza de España, donde están las estaciones de tren y autobuses. Las contraventanas de las habitaciones del primer piso que dal al patio interior no se pueden abrir si están abiertas las sombrillas que están en dicho patio protegiendo del sol a otros clientes que desayunan o cenan allí. Deben cuidar más el servicio: en nuestra habitación, que era twin, sólo había un juego de toallas cuando llegamos, el secador se quemó nada más encenderlo, tuvimos que decir dos veces en recepción que cerrasen la sombrilla del patio para poder abrir la contraventana de nuestra habitación y la primera noche no pudimos ducharnos porque había habido una avería en alguna tubería. |
