Hotel was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful Our room location could have been better, we had no balcony and we were overlooked by everyone at the poolside - if felt slightly like a prison as we had to have the curtains shut at all times. |

Lovely rooms, hotel location is very accessable to beach, bars and shopping. Food was good, but maybe a chef making fresh food (scramled eggs and omlettes) to order would be better as the breakfast can be a little overcooked if you don't eat untill 9.30am. |

Clean, comfortable hotel, staff helpful and friendly, because we paid the budget price we only had a small room, but it was adequate for a one night stay. Puntal del Cantal suites, misleading, you expect a suite, our room was very small with no balcony, window looked directly onto pool, so had to keep curtains closed at all times. |

Excellent accommodation - all new fixtures and fittings.Excellent view to sea and over pool.Efficient and friendly receptionists.Didn't use dining facilities but looked attractive Barman refused to make us 2 coffees at midnight because he would have to clean the machine again ! |

We very much enjoyed our short stay (one night only). It was clean and nice. Perfect! Lovely pool area. Nice and friendly staff! Location brilliant! The room and balcony good! All over a very pleasant stay! The beds were a bit hard! But even though; we slept surprisingly very well. So so much for that one "negative" point:-) |

Localization was its asset. Hairdrier was a nice surprise. We had very dark and damp room. Free internet access was only partial because one day receptionist just took computer. To pay for our stay I had to hunt for staff because apart from mornings, nobody was in the reception. |

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, junto a la avenida principal, y aún así está lo suficientemente retirado para disfrutar de tranquilidad. Además la limpieza del mismo es muy correcta y el desayuno bufet está bien. |

Está nuevo, bien diseñado, limpio y muy agradable. Su situación es ideal, muy tranquilo pero muy cerca de los magníficos chiringos de la playa. El buffet es excelente, felicitamos cuando nos fuimos al jefe de cocina, felicitación que reiteramos.Todo el personal es muy agradable y amable.La atención es perfecta. Muy recomendable, intentaremos volver el verano próximo Por decir algo, la cama podría ser un poco más grande |
