Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The prices in the hotel bar was very good, I like to indoor pool for the children, has the other pools are the coldest I have ever swam in. The bus service was excellent apart from the grumpy drivers. The food was not hot enough. Anination team only spoke in Spanish. |

Room was very nice, short downhill walk to the beach, free outside parking. The buffet was very good (traditional Spanish) but the cafeteria can get loud and crowded at peak times. During our stay, the hotel was full of local Spanish holidaymakers, mostly families with very young children which also can get pretty noisy in the pool areas in the afternoon. No internet access in the rooms or wi-fi anywhere within the hotel. |

Estuvimos con pension completa y nos pareció muy buena la comida. Muy bien el servicio de limpieza y bastante tranquilo a pesar de que estaba al completo y había muchos niños. No sufrimos ningún tipo de molestia al respecto. No me gusto el baño (acondicionado para minusválido) No fué cómodo para nosotros y la camas eran demasiado grandes. |

La habitacion estaba muy bien.Grande ,Luminosa pero nos toco vistas a la calle. No me ha gustado la comida ,poca variedad.Mucha gente para tan poca cantidad de comida .SI llegas tarde no cojes lo "mejor" que ofrecen aunque hacen incapie de ir a distintas horas para no aglomerarse la gente. |

Lo mejor la comida. El buffet era muy variado y con calidad. No se puede decir lo mismo del picni que era lamentable. Es el típico 4 estrellas de costa que deberían bajar a 3. Las habitaciones aunque amplias tienen muebles viejos y la decoración es pésima, aunque lo peor son las camas con colchones de muelles viejos que se te clavan en la espalda. La piscina es muy ridícula, con una profundidad de 1,50 metros en lo más hondo. Las hamacas rotas. Las consumiciones dentro del hotel son muy caras y encima cobran sólo por visitar el spa y el gimnasio. |

El servicio de animación es excelente, los niños se lo han pasado en grande. El servicio de restaurante muy bien tanto en comida como en servicio. Esta algo alejado de la playa y el servicio de mantenimiento tendria que estar más por la labor. |

La amplitud de las camas y el baño, las piscinas, la amabilidad del personal. El buffet no está mal, es bastante variado y completo. En general me ha gustado todo. Es un hotel muy familiar y juvenil, recomendable para familias y parejas. Lugar ideal para relajarse. Los precios de las bebidas y productos en general del hotel, son bastante caros. El secador es muy obseleto. Los colchones de las camas algo duros. En cuanto al personal de animación, todos son muy majos y se involucran mucho con la gente, aunque mejoraría un poco las actividades de animación. |

La cercania al mar, habitaciones, tiene 3 piscina. Tiene muchas actividades. Y el bufet es muy variado y rico El trato del personal de recepción, no estan a la altura del hotel. Y el precio de la red wifi a 9€ la hora, una pasada, cuando en otros hoteles, hay wifi llibre en las zonas comunes. |
