Excellent location, very helpful staff & comfortable rooms. Loved the rooftop bar & pool although very small! A real haven in the centre of the city. Usually a delay waiting on lifts & on occasions not working at all. We were on the 2nd floor so not to hard a task to take stairs, helped work off all the delicious tapa's! |

The larger size of the rooms. The luxurioness of the rooms. The rooms were also very quite. Initial arrival with a car is confusing - how does one know how to park the car? |

The communal areas were quiet and relaxing, the room was very well equipped, well cleaned and serviced, cool, good outlook Minor - the shower was very difficult to set ..... either very hot, or else cold |

The hotel is centrally located to explore the Costa del Sol. The staff was excellent. Javier and Fernando in the cafe were especially friendly and helpful. A nice place to stay. No, it was very enjoyable. |

Was there for 1 day and they didn't have the swimming pool in operation. One of the reasons I stayed there was due to a nice looking pool. I was quite unimpressed. The staff just shrugged. |

Ran very smoothly. Room was well equipped eg slippers and dressing gown, CD player (great), etc. Didn't like the fact that the window looked onto a courtyard - a little claustrophobic. |

central location breakfast room, nice staff but seemed disorganised, the food layout was all over the place. chips on some bowls and plates you had to request glasses, bowls, plates this seemed be an everyday occourance. You were not sure if you could request a hot breakfast as menu cards only appeared on very few tables and not every day.Orherwise good. |

Location excellent, near to parks, port and beach. Beautifully fitted out bedroom with ample storage and high quality fittings. Noise levels from outside, and we were three floors up, were intolerable, and deprived us of sleep until around 3.a.m. The hotel really should pay attention to improving soud insulation in the offending rooms, if they expect guests to revisit. Bed was hard. |

We actually thought Malaga would have more of a beach I thought the pool was very small, but that did not turn out to be an issue. |

Location within Malaga is very good being close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants. Although we didn't use the restaurant, the bar was very comfortable. The staff we encountered throughout were very friendly and efficient. |

Great location right in the centre. And one of the very few restaurants that we came across in Spain that offered good modern delicious cuisine, very different from the spanish standard. Nice clean room, friendly staff. Highly recommended. And we had a view right on the catedral 100m away! To get the view ask for the top floor |
