The staff was great and just super friendly. I would recommend trying to get the 4th flloor room. More private. really clean and then there is a terrfic rooftop terrace that offers a great view and place to relax |

Staff were very friendly & helpful. (Our Spanish is rudimentary, but we managed to converse with the staff and had a lot of fun trying to make ourselves understood & understanding them (part of the enjoyment of travel). Hotel and room were comfortable and clean. Location was great. Noisy air conditioner from another room at night (we had our window open). Bathroom was really nice, but no room beside sink for anything. |

Very strategic location (near to city centre, shops, Al-Hambra), staff at the counter are very friendly (esp. Jose), would recommend this hotel for those having holiday in Granada. |

The location was great. The hotel was easy to find. The staff was great, when we had problems and needed their assistance they were more then willing to help us out. Free Internet in the lobby was also very helpful. |

very central, easy to find (coming from cathedral bus stop), veeery friendly staff both day and night the room was small, but what would you expect from the narrowest hotel of the world.... :D |

Great location, great staff, great price. We had a street-facing room with balcony with a wonderful view - but expect street noise if you take it. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the toilet cover had to be held up during use. |

friendly reception staff, good room size, clean, with balcony, able to leave luggage in reception after check out bathroom looks a bit tired, and needs refurbishing, mould above bath because of poor ventilation, needs new shower hose and head, but otherwise clean and functional |

Situation centrale pour visiter,parking privé. Une nuit blanche dans la chambre 301(coté rue) car malgré un double vitrage,l'ouvrant du châssis ne colle pas au dormant et, tous les bruits de la rue (nombreux bars,circulation intense,camions poubelles, chants des fêtards ...) sont présents dans la chambre.EPOUVANTABLE.Sommeil possible à partir de 4h30 du matin.Nous avons été relogé pour la deuxième nuit dans l'hôtel à coté avec chambre sur l'arrière alors ok. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist super - 20 Gehminuten von der Alhambra entfernt, 7 zum centro ciudad. Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg freundlich. Obwohl das Hotel sehr klein ist, wird eine Parkgarage in 1 min Entfernung bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für 2 Leute ausreichend. |
