Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, it was a short walk to catch the train into the city, for the most part the staff was very nice and we felt safe. Our sons room, on the other hand, had imperfections that were never corrected by the hotel: refrigerator did not work, the sink would not drain and the toilet seat was not properly secured to the base. Additionally, the restaurant was not in operation during our stay. |

Clean Tidy, helpful reception and very good Maid service. There is a station right beside hotel which gives you access to Barcelona's wonderful public transport system. The restaurant was OK not great. But there is a Viena located just round from the entrance if you want something better value. |

The hotel was really a 4 star hotel with very modern rooms, great bathroom and all services you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bathroom in particular was great ... massive shower with one of those super big shower heads ... bliss! The pool on the rooftop was also very nice ... it was super easy to get to Barcelona city from the hotel - as it is in Zone 1, we recommend the 10 trip ticket for 7.10 Euros ... it covers you for all trains, Metro, tram, buses. The receptionist gave us the timetable for the train (which is right next to the hotel) but they leave very infrequently ... like every hour .. so you need to be organised. There is a good shopping complex right next door, and the Chinese buffet restaurant next door is awesome. Our room wasn't that clean when we arrived - there was hair all over the floor and the receptionist was a little odd when we asked to have it cleaned up. The air cond does take a little getting used to, but once its on, its great although the cleaners tend to take the card out that runs the power in your room so sometimes it would be off when we came back. Although advertised as free wi-fi, it didn't work in our room so we had to go out into the corridor! All in all, for the rate and quality, I would recommend. |

ease of parking. good breakfast. great value. clean and quiet rooms. restaurant is good value for an evening meal if you feel like staying put as we did...we had travelled all day and were glad to get good food right there in the hotel. the waiter was from chile and was the best of the staff we met on this occasion. finding the parking. you need to go to the parking for mercandona and then travel to the end. once there its fine. staff this time a bit diffident but still efficient. |

brilliant design of hotel, reception guy was hugely helpful as our luggage had been lost and iberia were useless, the loccation is industrial but there is a fantastic kids park nearby for distraction. not easy to find. one way streets are a bit confusing |

The staff were friendly and efficient. The door to the hotel is on a different level to the street. Although the pavement rises along the road it is a minor pain when arriving after a long trip with heavy luggage. |

En general bastante bien. La información que teniamos en la habitación sobre el servicio de habitaciones marcaba un horario de 7.00 a 23.00 h. y cuando llamamos para que nos subiesen algo de cenar a las 10.45 nos dijeron que ya habian cerrado a las 10.30. |

Un personal cualificado y de gran ayuda, habitaciones y baños amplios, comodidad y silencio por las noches buena comunicacion con la ciudad. El bus de vuelta al hotel desde la ciudad te deja a 10 minutos andando desde la parada del bus hasta el hotel. No es un inconveniente para mucha gente pero conviene saberlo. |

Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber und schoen eingerichtet, modernes Design, alles neu, einfach super! Kleines Pool am 4. Stock zum abkuehlen. Der Hacken war, dass das Metro zu diesem Bahnhof nicht so spaet verkehrt und wir muessten kurz vor 23.00 schon ins Hotel zurueck. Ansonsten Taxi von Barcelona's Zentrum zum Hotel kostet etwa 40 Euro. D.h. kein Nachtleben, es sei denn ihr koennt euch die Taxis leisten. |
