The hotel was convenient for us to expolore the heart of Granada. We stayed in two rooms that had 3 single beds in it which was perfect for our family of 6. The breakfast that was part of the room rate was excellent! Our 4 daughters loved the shopping and the tourist information was very close. The hotel was far from the bus station so the two taxis were expensive. |

It is located at the center and there is a bus stop very close to the hotel. Lack of aircondition: The weather was not that hot during my stay but in the hot days I guess it would be really a big problem. Also it was a bit noisy due to thin walls. |

Spiders in the room, shits of dove in the bathroom when we arrived, tv wasn't working, small beds (probably no more than 1,80m), smelly, no decoration style in the hotel, personal unhelpful and unpolite, elevators from two centuries ago,... Hopefully we spend only one night there, but it was a real nightmare... |

Excellent location for many things No aircon and it was really hot, there was a fan though. Not so friendly but helpful enough. Great foyer but scruffy rooms, which didn't bother me, but it might some. |

It was a basic, clean, comfortable hotel in the middle of Grenada that was good for access to local amenities and attractions. The parking was a local underground car park with limited access and a 20 euro overnight charge. |

Many school children were staying at the hotel during our stay and they were running amok through the hotel late at night and nothing was done to stop them. Even during the day the lift was taken out of use to avoid them using it and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. The noise from the road was disturbing and there were no signs in the hotel to ask other guests to keep quiet. |

The Hotel was clean and that is all the good I can say about it. It was full of uncontrollable kids running up and down corridors late into the night. It is on a very busy main road so you could not leave the balcony door open because of the noise so the rooms were hot, although there was a large noisy fan on the table to "cool" the room. |

The hotel is situated in the center of the city. It is walking distance to old cities of Granada and also to La-Alhambra Palace. Rooms were clean but not so much comfortable. Breakfast of the hotel doesn't contain something that a Turk can eat. |

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They speak very good English, and were happy to help me with my Spanish too. They are centrally located, close to everything you want to see. The room was very large and comfortable as was the bathroom. Probably the best shower I've had in Europe. The breakfast was a little light (just crossiants, juice, and coffee), but completely adequate. |

The hotel was much better than others I stayed in before that were 3 stars. It is a good value for the money and is located on the main street of Granada! Easy access to everything you need and in a very good location with restaurantes and shops. There was a very bad small coming from the washroom. The A/C was not working and the TV has no english channels at all - so it was useless for me. Overall though, good hotel! |

it is very close to the history area, the bus stop it is just in front. continental breakfast: has cereal or something else, the hotel only service bread with the beverage (coffe, te, milk or juice) .The room it is very old and for a single woman I can say it's a little scary. |

The hotel was very central & convenient for the Alhambra shuttle service (10 minute walk). The airport bus stop was 3 minutes away. On our first & last nights a large group of school children (40 or more) stayed there as well. They were very noisy & unruly until past midnight - unfortunate as we were up early due to traveling on both occasions. |

I liked breakfast a lot. Their breakfast was so brilliant! I felt like I wanted to visit here again if I think about breakfast. I loved them so much! I didn't like smells from toilet. And some guys who wore the black gowns made a lot of noise. The manager has to control them a bit. |

The breakfest was wonderful, with many choices. The hotel allows pets. One night we heard the barking of a large dog a few times. This hotel should not allow pets! |

The breakfast at neighbouring posh hotel was excellent and well worth getting. Excellent location in heart of city close to everything. Value for money. friendliness of some of the staff. would definitely recommend this place and would go back again happily, was very tempted to stay longer Expensive car parking in city centre, elderly dodgy furniture in room would only take little effort to fix (wardrobe door, shutters). fag burn in bed cover and smoker smell in corridor. |
