Convenient to Old town Sevilla. Good parking facility. Some problems getting the air conditioning to work properly - but staff answered our problems quickly the next day. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful to make reservations for tourist bus, flamenco, etc. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. |

Quiet area, small shops around , clean, friendly staff I had asked for a parking lot, but there was none available when we arrived. I also asked for a room with a view, but only got a view to the backyard, but it was ok. |

The neighborhood and proximity to the City Center without being in the middle of it. The room was too warm and we were unable to lower the temperature. This made it somewhat difficult to sleep. |

Booked and was as expected. the rooms were clean and well presented withthe usual toiletries etc that you get in decent hotels. the Air conditioning worked and had controls in each room, which I've seen is a problem in some other hotels and is essential at this time of year. location was good too with some good tapas bars close by |

The hotel was very peaceful amidst the bustle of seville. Also a little cooler being over the river. There was a problem with the digital lock to our room one night which meant we were locked out of our room for one night without any luggage. This was just one of those things that happen but with the relevant maintenance staff at hand it could have been easily avoided. We were also made to move rooms and I was perfectly happy with the room we had. They then moved someone else in the old room! |

Zimmer und Bad sind in sauberem Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich . Bei Zimmer zum Innenhof, hört man die ganze Nacht ein Agregat laufen. |
